KYA HAZRAT AAISHA RZ WALI HADEES SE MURAAD TARAWEEH NAHI HAI? ??

Hamare baaz hazraat ye kehte hain ki HADEES E AAISHA RZ wali HADEES se TAHAJJUD SABIT hoti hai TARAWEEH SABIT nahi hoti lekin wo hazrat SAA’IL ke SAWAL par gaur nahi karte ki unhone kon si NAMAZ ka SAWAL kiya tha beshak QAYAM E RAMZAN ke MUTA’ALLIQ SAWAL kiya tha aur QAYAM E RAMZAN TARAWEEH ko hi kehte hain jiska ILM sab ko hai

Aur HAZRAT AAISHA RZ wali HADEES se MURAAD TARAWEEH hai jaisa ki MUHADDISEEN wa AHLE ILM ne 20 RAKA’AT ke MUQABLE me is HADEES ko BATAUR E DALEEL laaye hain MULAHIZA ho

1- IMAM ABU BAKAR AL BUSEERI RH 20 RAKA’AT wali HADEES par TABSERA karte hue farmate hain

وَمَدَارُ أَسَانِيدِهِمْ عَلَى إِبْرَاهِيمَ بْنِ عُثْمَانَ أَبِي شَيْبَةَ، وَهُوَ ضَعِيفٌ، وَمَعَ ضَعْفِهِ مُخَالِفٌ لِمَا رَوَاهُ مُسْلِمٌ فِي صَحِيحِهِ مِنْ حَدِيثِ عَائِشَةَ قَالَتْ: “كَانَتْ صَلَاةَ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ – صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ – بِاللَّيْلِ فِي رَمَضَانَ وَغَيْرِهِ ثَلَاثَ عشرة ركعة منها ركعتي الْفَجْرِ.

Ki un ki SANADO ka DAROMADAR IBNRAHIM BIN USMAN ABU SHAIBA par hai aur ye ZA’EEF hai aur ZA’EEF hone ke sath sath ye (HADEES) us HADEES ke KHILAF bhi hai jise IMAM MUSLIM RH ne apni SAHEEH me AMMA AAISHA RZ ki HADEES se RIWAYAT kiya hai ki unhone farmaya ki ALLAH ke RASOOL SALLALLAHU ALAIHI WASALLAM ki RAAT ki NAMAZ RAMAZAN aur GHAIR E RAMAZAN me 13 RAKA’AT hoti thi aur unme FAJR ki 2 RAKA’AT SHAMIL hoti thi

2- IMAM IBN HAJAR RH farmate hain

وَأما مَا رَوَاهُ بن أبي شيبَة من حَدِيث بن عَبَّاسٍ كَانَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ يُصَلِّي فِي رَمَضَانَ عِشْرِينَ رَكْعَةً وَالْوِتْرَ فَإِسْنَادُهُ ضَعِيفٌ وَقَدْ عَارَضَهُ حَدِيثُ عَائِشَةَ هَذَا الَّذِي فِي الصَّحِيحَيْنِ مَعَ كَوْنِهَا أَعْلَمَ بِحَالِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ لَيْلًا مِنْ غَيرهَا

Ki aur IBN ABI SHAIBA ne IBN ABBAS RZ ki HADEES se jo RIWAYAT kiya hai ki ALLAH ke RASOOL SALLALLAHU ALAIHI WASALLAM RAMAZAN me 20 RAKA’AT aur WITR padhte the to iski SANAD ZA’EEF hai aur SAHEEHAIN me MAUJOOD AMMA AAISHA RZ ki HADEES is HADEES is HADEES ke KHILAF hai mazeed ye ki AMMA AAISHA RZ AAP SALLALLAHU ALAIHI WASALLAM ki RAAT ki NAMAZ se MUTA’ALLIQ doosron se ZYADA JAANKAR hain

مَعَ تَصْرِيحِ الْحَافِظَيْنِ الْمَذْكُورَيْنِ نَقْلًا عَنِ الْحُفَّاظِ بِأَنَّ هَذَا الْحَدِيثَ مِمَّا أُنْكِرَ عَلَيْهِ، وَفِي ذَلِكَ كِفَايَةٌ فِي رَدِّهِ، وَهَذَا أَحَدُ الْوُجُوهِ الْمَرْدُودِ بِهَا.

4- HANAFIYON ke IMAM ZAYLI RH farmate hain

وَهُوَ مَعْلُولٌ، بِأَبِي شَيْبَةَ إبْرَاهِيمَ بْنِ عُثْمَانَ، جَدِّ الْإِمَامِ أَبِي بَكْرِ بْنِ أَبِي شَيْبَةَ، وَهُوَ مُتَّفَقٌ عَلَى ضَعْفِهِ، وَلَيَّنَهُ ابْنُ عَدِيٍّ فِي “الْكَامِلِ”، ثُمَّ إنَّهُ مُخَالِفٌ لِلْحَدِيثِ الصَّحِيحِ عَنْ أَبِي سَلَمَةَ بْنِ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ أَنَّهُ سَأَلَ عَائِشَةَ، كَيْفَ كَانَتْ صَلَاةُ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ فِي رَمَضَانَ؟، قَالَتْ: مَا كَانَ يَزِيدُ فِي رَمَضَانَ، وَلَا فِي غَيْرِهِ، عَلَى إحْدَى عَشْرَةَ رَكْعَةً،

Ki ye RIWAYAT IBN ABI SHAIBA ke DADA ABU SHAIBA IBRAHIM BIN USMAN ki waja se MA’LOOL hai aur ye BILITTEFAQ ZA’EEF hai aur IBN ADEE ne AL KAMIL me ise ZA’EEF QARAR diya hai nez ye us HADEES ke KHILAF bhi hai jisme hai ki ABU SALMAH BIN ABDURRAHMAN ne HAZRAT AAISHA RZ se poocha RAMAZAN me ALLAH ke RASOOL SALLALLAHU ALAIHI WASALLAM ki NAMAZ kaisi hoti thi? To AMMA AAISHA RZ ne JAWAB diya RAMAZAN ho ya GHAIR RAMAZAN ALLAH ke NABI SALLALLAHU ALAIHI WASALLAM 11 RAKA’AT se ZYADA nahi padhte the

وَأَمَّا مَا رَوَى ابْنُ أَبِي شَيْبَةَ فِي مُصَنَّفِهِ وَالطَّبَرَانِيُّ وَعِنْدَ الْبَيْهَقِيّ مِنْ حَدِيثِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ «أَنَّهُ – صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ – كَانَ يُصَلِّي فِي رَمَضَانَ عِشْرِينَ رَكْعَةً سِوَى الْوِتْرِ» فَضَعِيفٌ بِأَبِي شَيْبَةَ إبْرَاهِيمَ بْنِ عُثْمَانَ جَدِّ الْإِمَامِ أَبِي بَكْرِ بْنِ أَبِي شَيْبَةَ مُتَّفَقٌ عَلَى ضَعْفِهِ مَعَ مُخَالِفَتِهِ لِلصَّحِيحِ

Ki aur jise IBN ABI SHAIBA ne MUSANNIF me aur TABRANI ne RIWAYAT kiya hai aur jo BAYHAQI me IBN ABBAS RZ se MARWI hai ki ALLAH ke NABI SALLALLAHU ALAIHI WASALLAM RAMAZAN me WITR ke ALAWA 20 RAKA’AT padhte the to ye ABU SHAIBA IBRAHIM BIN USMAN ki waja se ZA’EEF hai aur iske ZA’EEF hone par ITTEFAQ hai uske baad ye HADEES SAHEEH HADEES (HADEES E AAISHA RZ) ke KHILAF bhi hai

وورد عن ابن عباس قال كان رسول الله صلي الله عليه وسلم يصلي في رمضان عشرين ركعة والوتر،رواه ابن ابي شيبة واسناده ضعيف وقد عارضه حديث عائشة هذا وهو في الصحيحين فلا تقوم به الحجه

Ki aur IBN ABBAS RZ marwi hai ki ALLAH ke NABI SALLALLAHU ALAIHI WASALLAM RAMAZAN me 20 RAKA’AT aur WITR padhte the ise IBN ABI SHAIBA ne RIWAYAT kiya hai iski SANAD ZA’EEF hai aur AMMA AAISHA RZ ki ye HADEES iske KHILAF hai aur ye SAHEEHAIN me hai lehaza 20 RAKA’AT wali RIWAYAT se HUJJAT QAAYEM nahi ho sakti
