 Inke Jaleelo Qadr Taalib e Ilm walomese Imaam Shafi’ee, Imam Ahmad bin Hanbal, Imam Bukhair aur Imam Muslim wagarairah Thiqah Fuqaha Muhadditheen ne ALLAH taala ke Fazlo Karam se Quran Uloom Quran ke saath Hadeeth Uloom ul Hadeeth aur Asma’ ur Rijaal ke Maddail [ Preserved ] karke Deen e Islam ko Hamesha ke liye Mahfooz kardiya.

 Fuqaha e Muhadditheen mese Imaam Al Momi’neen Fi Al Hadeeth aur Imam Al Duniya fi al Hadeeth Imaam Abu Abdullah Muhammad bin Ismail Al Bukhari Rahimatullah ke Sahih Al Bukhari ka bahut bada maqaam hai aur wajah hai ke sab Ahlul Sunnat Yaani Ahlul Hadeeth ko Imam Al Bukhair aur Sahih Al Bukhari se bahuth jyada Muhabbat hai.

 Is Muhabbat ko nazar rakte hue mai [ Zubair ] Maksadh majmaaun me Imaan aur Aml ke Sil Silemese Ahle Hadeeth ke Baaz Ihtiyaazi Masail Imaam Bukhari aur Sahih Bukhari ke Hawalese Pesh e Khidamat hai.

 1))  Ahle Hadeeth Sifati Naam :

 Ek Hadeeth me aaya hai ke Ummat ka ek Giroh KHITAAL [ Ladte ] rahega aur Qayamat tak Ghaalib rahega, aur Giroh ki Tashree me Imaam Bukhair Rahmatullah ne Farmaya..

 a)) Saheeh ul Aqeedah Musalmaan ka Sifati naam Ahlul Hadeeth hai.

b)) Tai’fah Mansoorah/Firqah Najiyyah ahle hadeeth hai.

 2)) Imaan Jyada aur Kamm  hotha hai. :

Imam Bukhari ne Iman ke bareme farmaya ke..

“و هو قول و فعل يزيد و ينقص ”

 Aur wo Qaul Aml hai, Jyada aur kamm hotha hai.

 Aur Yeh Tamaam Muhadditheen salaf saaliheen ka Aqidah hai. Jabke Yeh Deoband aur Barelvi ki Kitaab “‘Aqeedah Nasafiyyah” iske sarasar bar’aks Likha hotha hai

 Is Ibarat se saaf zaahir hai ke Imaam Bukhari Rahimatullah ki nazar me Kitaab O Sunnat ke Khilaaf Rayy Pesh karna Gumrahonka Kaam hai

 5) NAMAZ ME RAFA YA-DAIN :

 Imaam Bukhari Rahimatullah alai ne Sahih Bukhari me Baab Banda hai

 “‘باب رفع اليدين إذا كبر و ركع وإذا رفع‘.

 Rafa Yadain ka baab, jab takbeer kahe, jab ruku kare’n aur jab ruku se uthenge.

[Saheeh Bukharee before # 732 ]

 Yeh hadeeth har namaz par mantabaq [ Apply ] hai, chahe ek Rakat Witr ki ho Ya Subah ke 2 Farz Ho , Aur Agar Namaz 2 Rakat se jyada ho tho Imaam Bukhari ka Darje Zail Baab Mashaal e raah hai.

 ‘باب رفع اليدين إذاقام من الركعتين ‘

 Rafa yadain ka baab jab do rakat se udjaate hai.

 [ Saheeh Bukharee Qabl H.# 739 ]

 Rafa yadain ke masaleh par Imaam Bukhari Rahimahullah ne Sahih bukhari me 5 hadeethe laaye hai aur Unhone ek Khaa’s kitaab ‘Juzz Raf’ul Yadayn’ likha hai jo ke inse saabit aur Saheeh Mash’oor mahroof hai.

 Yeh Kitaab meri Tahqeeq se aur tarjume ke saath maujood hai.

 Yaad rakhe ke Deobandi aur Barelwi ko is masaleh par ikhtilaaf hai.

 6) FATIHA KHALFUL’ IMAAM :

 Imaam Bukhari Rahimatullah ne apne SAHIH me Baab baanda hai.

 ‘باب وجوب القراءة للإمام والمأموم في الصلواة كلها في الحضر والسفر و ما يجهر و ما يخافت‘

 Tamaam namazome Imaam aur Muqtadi ke liye Qiraat waju ka baab apne ilaakhe me ho ya safar me ya zaahir hi namaz ho ya siri namaz ho.

 [ Sahih Al Bukhari, Qabl Hadeeth # 755 ]

 Neeche ke BAAB ke tahat Imam Bukhari Rahimahtullah hadeeth laate hai.

 “لاَ صَلاَةَ لِمَنْ لَمْ يَقْرَأْ بِفَاتِحَةِ الْكِتَابِ”

 “ Jisne Surah Fatiha nahi pada uski namaz nahi hothi “

 [ Saheeh Bukharee H.756 ]

 Malum huwa ke BAAB ke zikr me Qiraat se muraad Surah Fatiha ki Qiraat hai aur Yaad rahe k namaz me Surah Fatiha Khalful Imaam ka Tahqeeq wa tarjuma ke saath “‘Nasrul Baari’ ke naam se Matbau [ Published ] hai.

 7) AMEEN BIL JAHR :

 Imaam Bukhari Rahimatullah ne Baab banda hai..

  ‘باب جَهْرِ الإِمَامِ بِالتَّأْمِينِ‘

 Imaam ka Ameen Bil jahr kahna.

 Is baab se Imaam Bukhari Rahimahullah wo Rivayat laate hai jisse saabit hotha hai ke syedna Adullah bin Zubay Radiallahu anhu aur unke Muqtadi Zorse Ameen Kahte the.

 [ Saheeh Bukharee Qabl # 780 ]

 Saabit huwa ke Imam Bukhari ke Nazdeek Imaam aur Muqtadi dononko Zaahari Namaz me zorse AMEEN kahna chahiye.

 8) NAMAZ ME [ SEENE PAR ] HAATH BAANDNA :

 Imam bukhari rahimatullah ne Baab likha hai.

 ‘باب وَضْعِ الْيُمْنَى عَلَى الْيُسْرَى في الصلاة

 Namaz me Daa’ya haath Baaye’ haath par rakhna ke tahat darje zayel mash’oor hadeeth likha hai, logonko Hukm diya  jaata tha ke wo namaz me Daa’ya haath apne Baaye’ (ذراع) par rakhe.

 [ Saheeh Bukharee # 740 ]

 Haath ki badi ungli se lekar kohnitak ke hisse ko Zirah’ kahte hai aur poori Zirah par haath rakhnese khudba khud seene par haath aajate hai

 9) 11 RAKA’AT TARAWEEH :

 Imaam Bukhari Rahimahullah ne BAAB banda hai..

 ‘باب فَضْلِ مَنْ قَامَ رَمَضَانَ‘

 Ramadan me jo Qiyam karte hy. Iske fazeeliyat ke Baab aur us baab me Imaam Bukhari Rahimatullah ne wo mash’oor hadith likha hai ke jo Nabi Sallallahu Alai Wasallam jo 11 rakaat se jyada nahi padte the.

 [ Saheeh Bukharee # 2013 ]

 Saabit hua ke Imam Bukhari Rahimatullah 11 Rakat Taraweeh ke qayal the.

 10) TAAQ RAKAT ME 2 SAJDONKE BAAD BAITKAR UTNA :

 Imaam Bukhari Rahimatullah ne BAAB baanda hai.

 ‘باب مَنِ اسْتَوَى قَاعِدًا فِي وِتْرٍ مِنْ صَلاَتِهِ ثُمَّ نَهَضَ‘

 “ Jo apni Namaz ke Taaq Rakaat me seedha baidjaate, fir Khade hojaate. “

 [ Saheeh Bukharee before # 823 ]

 Is Masalah pe Imaam Bukhari Rahimatullah ne Hadees se saabit kiya ke Rasool Allah apni namaz ki taaq (pehli aur teesri) rakat ke baad khade hone se qabl seedhe baith‐te the. (Bukhari: al Azan 823)

11) HAATHE’N ZAMEEN PAR RAKH KAR UTHNA :

Taaq rakaat se udte waqt kis tarah Zameen par Haathen Rakha jaata hai ?
Yeh Maslah bhi Imam Bukhari Rahimatullah ne daleel ke saaath wajeh kardiya aur darje zayl baab baanda hai.

 ‘كَيْفَ يَعْتَمِدُ عَلَى الأَرْضِ إِذَا قَامَ مِنَ الرَّكْعَةِ‘ ”

 Jab [Taaq] Rakaat se khade ho tho zameen par Haathen Kis tarah rakhe ??

[ Saheeh Bukharee Qabl H  #  824 ]

 12) EK BAAR IKHAMAT KAHNA :

 Imaam Bukhari Rahmaullah ne Saydna Anas Radiallahu Anhu se bayan ki gayi hadeeth ko istaqlaal karke farmaya :

 “‘باب الإِقَامَةُ وَاحِدَةٌ، إِلاَّ قَوْلَهُ قَدْ قَامَتِ الصَّلاَةُ‘

 Qad-qamat-is-Salat’ ke siwa iqaamat ek bar hi hai.

 [ Saheeh Bukharee qabl H # 607 ]

 Malum huwa ke Imaam Bukhari Rahmatullah alai Ahle Hadeeth ki tarah Ek baar Iqaamat ke Qayel the jabke Deobandi aur barelvi is masleme Imaam Bukhari Rahmatullah ke Khilaaf hai.

 13) NAMAZ’E JANAZA ME SURAH FATIHA KI QIRAAT :

 Imaam Bukhari ne Kitaab Al Janaza me darje zayel BAAB banda hai.

 ‘باب قِرَاءَةِ فَاتِحَةِ الْكِتَابِ عَلَى الْجَنَازَةِ‘

 Janaze me Fatiha Qiraat ka BAAB.

 [ Saheeh Bukharee Qabl H # 1335 ]

 Is baab ke tahat IMAAM BUKHARI Rahmatullah ne wo hadeeth zikr kiya hai jo Saydna Ibn Abbas Radiallahu Anhu ne Namaz e Janaza me Surah Fatiha pade aur farmaya..” Taake Tumhe MALUM hojaaye ke Ye Sunnat hai “

Yaha Sunnat se Muraad Rasulallah Sallallahu Alai Wasallam ki sunnat hai, aur yeh wo Sunnat hai jispar AML zaroori hai kyunki Surah Fatiha ke bagair NAMAZ nahi hothi [ Dekiye point no # 6 ]

14) SAF’E BAANDNEME KAANDHE SE KAANDHA AUR KHADAM SE KHADAM MILAANA :

“ Syedna Anas Radiallahu Anhu se Rivayat hai ke “ Ham mese Har admi apne saath waalonke khaande se khanda aur khadam se khadam milaate the.

[ Saheeh Bukharee hadeeth: 725 ]

Is hadeeth par Imam Bukhari Rahmatullahi alai ne Darje zayl baab baanda hai.

‘باب إِلْزَاقِ الْمَنْكِبِ بِالْمَنْكِبِ وَالْقَدَمِ بِالْقَدَمِ فِي الصَّفِّ‘

Saff me khande se khanda aur Khadam se khadam milaana.

(Saheeh Bukharee Qabl H # 725)

Yeh Mash’hoor Masalah hai jisse Deobandi aur barelvi ko Khas pata hai aur apne masjidome ek doosrese hatkar khade hothe hai siwaye chand us khaas ke jinka Hukm lam-a-damd hai.

15) GAAU’ [ VILLAGE ] ME NAMAZ E JUMMAH :

Barelvi aur deobandi ki mazhabi kitaab me koi namaz e Jumah ka zikr nahi.

Iske Sarasar Bar-aks Imam Bukhari Rahimahullah ne Darje zayel Baab banda hai.

باب الْجُمُعَةِ فِي الْقُرَى وَالْمُدْنِ‘

Shahro aur Gaau’ me JUMAH ka BAAB.

[ Saheeh Bukharee Qabl H # 892 ]

 Yaani Gaau’ ya Shaher me Jumah Namaz darsak hai. [ Padsakte hai ]

 Note: Aajkal ke AAM Deobandi aur Barelvi awaam apne “ Molviyonki “ kitaabonko chodkar usse baghawat karke Gaau’ me bhi Namaz e Jumah padrahe hai aur yeh uski waajeh daleel hai ke taqleed ki Bayt ankabut [‘home of spider’ i.e. Taqleed(blind-following) ] badi tezi ke sath khatam horaha hai. – Alhamdulillah.

 Baaz Aqaid aur Namaz se Mutaaliq is 15 masail se Saaf Saabit hai ke Imam Bukhari Rahimatullah Deobandi ya barelvi nahi the balke AHLE HADEETH the. Inke Alawa wo aur bhi bahut masail hai Jinhe AMEER UL MOMINEEN FI AL HADEETH ne saheeh bukhari me darj farmaakar Ahlul Rayy ke khususakhat Qyaas takfe par jhanda udadiya aur matbayeen kitaab wa sunnat ki roushni maslak me parchim ladakar Jahad tama’m kardiya.

 Allahutala se Dua hai ke wo Imaam Bukhari Rahimahullah aur Muhadditheen kiraam ke Khabronko apne fazal o karam se aur rahmat ke anwad se bharde aur Akhire Zindagi me hame Anbiya, Sahaba, Tabain, Taba Tabain aur Sahih ul Aqidah Siqah Muhadditheen ki Rawaaqat naseeb farmaade.

Aakhir me Arz hai ke Abdul Quddoos Qarin Deobandee ne “ BUKHARI SHAREEF GHAIR MUQALLIDEEN KI NAZAR ME ” aur  Anwaar Khursheed Deobandee( Naeemuddeen Deobandee ) ne “ GHAIR MUQALLIDEEN IMAAM BUKHARI KI ADALAT ME “ kitaaben likhe hai.
