20) Haafidh Ibn Taymiyyah ne Imaam Abu Bakr Muhammad bin Ishaaq bin Khuzaymah al-Nisaburi (rahimahullah) ke bareme farmaya ke :

“Wo Ahl ul-Hadeeth ke mazhab par the, aur wo kisi Imaam ke Muqallid nahi the ”

Abdul Wahhab bin Ali bin Abdul Kaafi as-Subki ne kaha ki :

“Mai Kahunga ke : Muhammad bin Jareer (bin Yazeez at-Tabari), Muhammad (bin Ishaaq) bin Khuzaymah, aur Muhammad (bin Ibraahem) bin al-Mundhir yeh 4 hamare as-haab mese hai aur yeh (Mutlaq) Ijtihaad tak pahunchte hai, aur yeh log apne Usool ke hisaabse takhreej karte the aur mazhab ko chunte the, kyunki wo log ka Ijtihaad Unse (Imaam Shaafi’ee) se milta tha. Aur Unke baad hamare Mukhlis As-haab jaise Abu Ali aur wagairah ne dawa kiya ke unki ray Imaam e A’dham (Imaam Shaafi’ee) se milti hai, chuchane wo log unki iteba ki hai, aur fir unpar Shaafi’ee mansoob kardiya gaya hai, bas magar wo unke Muqallideen nahi the.

Upar As-Subki ke Ikraar ke baad, ye saaf taur par saabit hotha hai ke unke mutaabik Muhammad bin Nasr al-Marwazi, Muhammad bin Jareer at-Tabari, Muhammad bin Ishaaq bin Khuzaymah, Muhammad bin Ibraaheem bin al-Mundhir, aur Abu Ali Taqleed nahi karte the.

Faidah : Jaisa ke Hanafi Imaam Abu Haneefa ko  Imaam ul-A’dham kahte hai waise hi, Shaafi’ee bhi Imaam Shaafi’ee ko Imaam ul-A’dham kahte hai.

Maslan :

  Taaj ud-Deen Abdul Wahhab bin Taqi ud-Deen as-Subki Farmate hai ke :

“Muhammad (bin Idrees) ash-Shaafi’ee : Wo hamare Imaam hai, Wo Al-Imaam al-A’dham hai… ”

  Ahmed bin Muhammad bin Salamah al-Qalyoobi NE Imaam Shaafi’ee ke bareme farmaya ke :

Qastalaani (Shaafi’ee) Imaam Maalik Rahimahullah ko “Imaam al-A’dham” kahte the.

Qastalaani Imaam Ahmed bin Hanbal Rahimahullah ke bareme farmate hai ke :

“Wo Imaam al- A’dham the”

Haafidh Ibn Hajar al-Asqalaani ne Muslim ke Khaleefah ko “Al-Imaam al-A’dham” kahte the.

[Fath ul-Baari: 3/112 H. 7138]

Ab yeh Muqallideen par hi hai ke wo tayy kare ki kisko Saccha Imaam Al-Azam kahenge ?

Abu Ishaaq al-Shiraazi ne Kuch logonke baareme farmaya ke : “ Aur Sahih yeh hai ke jo mazhab Muhaqqiq As-haab ka hai wo Shaafi’ee ke mazhab ki Taqleed ki wajah se nahi tha, balke wo log usme Itjihaad aur Fiqh ko dekha tha, aur unki [Imaam Shaafi’ee ] nazariya kaafi Puqta tha.

Iske baad Nawawi Farmate hai ke :

“Abu Ali al-Sanji ne bhi aise hi farmaya : “ Ham doosronko chodkar ash-Shaafi’ee ki pairwi karte hai kyunki ham unki Rayy jyada Qawi jaana hai, aur ham unke Muqallid nahi hai

[al-Majmu: 1/43]

Isse saabit hotha hai ke Ulama ke naam se Shaafi’ee, Maaliki, Hanafi, ya Hanbali ka laqab denese wo unke Muqallideen nahi hothe hai, magar balke Sahih yeh hai ke wo Muqallidene nahi hai, wo sirf unka Ijtihaad hai jo Imaam ke Ijtihaad se milta tha.

21)  Qaadhi Abu Bakr Muhammad bin Umar bin Ismaa’eel ad-Dawoodi ne

Imaam Abu Hafs Umar bin Ahmed bin Uthmaan famous as Ibn Shaaheen al-Baghdaadi (rahimahullah) ke bareme farmaya ke :

“Wo [Fiqh] me taqleed nahi kare the, Jyadati nahi aur kami boshi bhi nahi [Yaani wo Taqleedi FIQH ko kisi bhi tarah ka Tawajjuh nahi diye hai ]. Jab Fuqaha ke madhaahib waale unhe Imaam Shaafi’ee wagairah me zikr karte tho wo farmate ke “ Mai Muhammadi Mazab se hu ”

22)  Imaam Ibn Taymiyyah Rahimahullah ne Sunan Abu Dawood ke Musannif, Imaam Abu Dawood Sijistaani Sulemaan bin Asha’th (rahimahullah) ko Muqallideen ke saff se nikaal kar unhe Mujtahideen Mutlaq me shamil kiya.

23) Haafidh Ibn Taymiyyah Rahimahullah ne Sunan Tirmidhi ke Musannif Imaam Abu Eesa Muhammad bin Eesa bin Soorah at-Tirmidhi (rahimahullah) se farmaya ke :

“ Wo Ahl ul-Hadeeth ke Mazhab par the, aur wo Kisi Khas Imaam ki Taqleed nahi karte the “

28) Haafidh Abu Muhammad Ali bin Ahmed bin Sa’eed bin Hazam al-

Andalusi al-Qurtubi (rahimahullah) ne Taqleed ke bareme farmaya ke :

“Aur Taqleed Haraam hai….Isme Aami [ Aam Duniya dar ] aur Ek Aalim dono barabar hai, aur Ijtihaad dono par unke Khabiliyat ke aitbaar se Laazim hai ”

Haafidh Ibn Hazam said in his book related to creed that: “May Allah save us from the taqleed, which came into existence after the praiseworthy  Quroon Thalatha (the three best generations). Ameen”

29) Haafidh Ibn Abdul Barr ne unki Mash’hoor Kitaab  “Jaami Bayan al-Ilm”

Me baab baanda hai,

“Baab Fasaad ut-Taqleed wal Fard Bayn at-Taqleed wal Ittibaa ”

………..Taqleed aur Itteba me Farq ”

Isse Yeh Saabit NAHI HOTHA ke Haafidh Ibn Abdul Barr Mudallid the. Haqeeqat me, Haafidh Dhahabi ne farmaya : “ Beshq, aap Aimmah Mujtahideen darje par pahuchuke hai. ”

Aur yeh sab log jaante hai ke Mujtahid Muqallid nahi hosakta.

“ Ek Jaanwar me aur ek Muqallid me koi farq nahi ”

Tambi :

 Kuch Maqaam par, Haafidh Ibn Abdul Barr aur Khateeb Baghdaadi wagairah ne Aami [Aam Insaan] ke liye Ek AALIM ki Taqleed karne ki Ijaazat di hai, Jiska maana hai ke Aami kisi ek AALIM ko Mas’ala poochkar uspar Aml karsake.

Ham bhi yahi kahte hai ke AAMI ek ALIM, aisa AALIM jo par Saheeh ul-Aqeedah aur Kitaab-o-Sunnah se ho, tho ussey raabta hue baad us AAMI par Yeh Laazim hai ke Mas’ala par Aml kare, Magar ise Taqleed kahna Galat hai.

Ek Usool al-Fiqh me Yeh Mash’hoor hai ke :

“ Ek Aami Mufti ke taraf ki Rukkh kare tho wo Taqleed nahi hoga ”

 30) Ameer ul-Mu’mineen Khaleefah Abu Yoosuf Ya’qoob bin Yoosuf bin

Abdul Mu’min bin Ali al-Qaysi Al-Kaumi al-Maraqashi adh-Dhaahiri al-

Maghribi (rahimahullah) ne Khilaafat me ek Sharee’ah ke Kanoon qayam kiya  tha, Jihaad ka Jhanda Uthaya, Adl aur Insaaf se Hudoode’n qayam kiya aur Unke Badshaahi me Insaaf khayam kiya tha,…

Ibn Al-Khalqaan ne Unke Bareme Farmaya  “

“ Wo Ek Saaleh Badhshah the jo Asal Sharee’ah par Aml karte the, wo doosronko Mashwara dete the ke Himmat se bina kisise dare Acche Kaam karo, aur burai se logonko Rokte the, aur wo Saadha Libaas pahente the, Wo chahe Aurat ho ya Kamzor insaan wo log ko poora unka haq dete the, Wo chahte the ke unko unke Gali [ Street ] me dafan kare’n [ Yaani kareeb ], kyunki jo log unke qabr ke paas se guzarte hai wo unke magfirat ke liye Dua karsake ”

Aise Saaleh aur Saheeh ul-Aqeedah Caliph ke Bareme Imaam Ibn al- Khalqaan aagey Farmate hai ke :

“ Aur wo Kitaab’en Fiqh ke Furoo’ ke liye Hukm diya taaki parhez [abstained] kare, aur kaha ke Sirf Ulama hi Quran aur Sunnat e Nabi Sallallahu Alai Wasallam ki Buniyaad par Fatawaa denge, aur Mutaqaddimeen Mujtahideen [ Pichle Mujtahid ] mese kisi ki TAQLEED na kare, balke Faisle, UNKE Ijtihaad  aur Istinbaat ke buniyaad par Quraan, Hadeeth, Ijmaa, aur Qiyaas ki roshni me De’n.

[Taareekh Ibn Khalqaan: Wafiyaat al-A’yaan: Jild # 7, Safa #11]

Yahi tho Ahl ul-Hadeeth Minhaaj, Maslak aur Da’wah ka Elaan karti hai.

Wal hamdulillah.

Jo kahte hai angrez ke zamaneme Ahlul hadeeth aye hai tho wo log ke liye yeh ek Daleel hai ke 6 sadi se Taqleed ko koi nahi manta tha.

31)  Jalaal ud-Deen Suyooti ne Farmaya :

“Unke baad, Log aaye hai jo unki Raah par chalethe aur  rahnumaayi [Held firm] ke taraf aaye the. Maslan :

Yahya bin Sa’eed al-Qattaan, Abdur Rahmaan bin Mahdi, Bishr bin al-Mufadhdhal, Khaalid bin al-Haarith, Abdur Razzaq (bin Hammaz as-Sana’ani), Wakee (bin al-Jarrah), Yahya bin Aadam, Humayd bin Abdur Rahmaan ar-Rawasi, Waleed bin Muslim, (Abdullah bin az-Zubayr) al-Humaydi, (Muhammad bin Idrees) Ash-Shaafi’ee, (Abdullah) Ibn al-Mubaarak, Hafs bin Ghiyaath, Yahya bin Zikriya bin Abi Zaaidah, Abu Dawood at-Tiyaalsi, Muhammad bin Abi Adee, Muhammad bin Ja’far, Yahya bin Yahya al- Nisaburi, Yazeed bin Zuray’, Isma’eel bin Ulayh, Abdul Waarith bin Sa’eed, Abdus-Samad bin Abdul Waarith bin Sa’eed, Wahb bin Jareer, Azhar bin Sa’d, Affaan bin Muslim, Bishr bin Umar, Abu Aasim al-Nabeel, Mu’tamar bin Sulemaan, Nadar bin Shameel, Muslim bin Ibraheem, Hajjaj bin Minhaal, Abu Aamir al-Uqdi, Abdul Wahhab ath- Thaqafi, Faryaabi, Wuhayb bin Khaalid, Abdullah bin Numayr aur doosre wagairah..

Inmese Koi bhi unse pahle guzre hue Imaam ki Taqleed nahi kiye the ”

Imaam, Imaam Abu Sa’eed Yahya bin Sa’eed bin Farookh al-Qattaan al-

Basar (rahimahullah)  Muqallid nahi the.

Faidah : Yahya bin Sa’eed al-Qattaan ne Imaam Sulemaan bin Tarkhaan at-Taymee (rahimahullah – taabi’ee) ke bareme farmaya ke :

“ Hamare Mutaabik Wo Ahl ul-Hadeeth mese hai ”

Is sanad ke Ravi Ibraaheem bin Sa’eed al-Johri, ‘Abu Bakr  Ahmed bin Ja’far bin Muhamad bin Salm’ hai aur wo Thiqah hai.

Abdullah bin Ahmed ibn Hanbal (As-Sunnah: 316) aur Ahmed bin Yahya bin Uthman (Kitaab al-Ma’rifah wat Taareekh: 2/789), yeh dono ne Abu Bakr ki Mutaab’iah ki hai, yaani dono ne is Rivayat ko Imaam Ibraaheem bin Sa’eed al-Johri (rahimahullah) se bayan kiya hai.

Chunache, hame pata chalta hai ke Imaam Hafs bin Ghiyaath al-Koofi ne Ahlul Rayy ka mazhab chod diya tha, aur Ahl ul-Hadeeth ke Mazhab ko Iqtiyaar kiya tha. Walhamdulillah.
