Adam Alahi Salam ne Nabi e Kareem Sallallahu Alahi Wasallam se Waseela mange’ waale Rivaayat ka Jayeza :

Baatil { Barelvi } hazraat aksar Waseele ke talluk se yeh mash’hoor hadees daleel ke taur par paish karte hai magar dar-haqeeqatan me wo Za’eef hai.

Iske saare Shawaahid bhi za’eef hi hai.

Yeh Rivayat poore 16 Sanad’se milti hai, magar afsos un baatil logonpar ke yeh saare za’eef hi hai.

RIVAYAT # 1 :

حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ دَاوُدَ بْنِ أَسْلَمَ الصَّدَفِيُّ الْمِصْرِيُّ، حَدَّثَنَا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ سَعِيدٍ الْمَدَنِيُّ الْفِهْرِيُّ، حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ إِسْمَاعِيلَ الْمَدَنِيُّ، عَنْ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنِ زَيْدِ بْنِ أَسْلَمَ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، عَنْ جَدِّهِ، عَنْ عُمَرَ بْنِ الْخَطَّابِ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَآلِهِ وَسَلَّمَ: لَمَّا أَذْنَبَ آدَمُ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ الذَّنْبَ الَّذِي أَذْنَبَهُ رَفَعَ رَأْسَهُ إِلَى الْعَرْشِ , فَقَالَ: أَسْأَلُكَ بِحَقِّ مُحَمَّدٍ إِلَّا غَفَرْتَ لِي , فَأَوْحَى اللَّهُ إِلَيْهِ , «وَمَا مُحَمَّدٌ وَمَنْ مُحَمَّدٌ؟» فَقَالَ: تَبَارَكَ اسْمُكَ، لَمَّا خَلَقْتَنِي رَفَعْتُ رَأْسِي إِلَى عَرْشِكَ، فَإِذَا فِيهِ مَكْتُوبٌ: لَا إِلَهَ إِلَّا اللَّهُ , مُحَمَّدٌ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ، لَا إِلَهَ إِلَّا اللَّهُ , مُحَمَّدٌ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ، فَعَلِمْتُ أَنَّهُ لَيْسَ أَحَدٌ أَعْظَمَ عِنْدَكَ قَدْرًا مِمَّنْ جَعَلْتَ اسْمَهُ مَعَ اسْمِكَ , فَأَوْحَى اللَّهُ عَزَّ وَجَلَّ إِلَيْهِ: «يَا آدَمُ , إِنَّهُ آخِرُ النَّبِيِّينَ مِنْ ذُرِّيَّتِكَ , وَإِنَّ أُمَّتَهُ آخِرُ الْأُمَمِ مِنْ ذُرِّيَّتِكَ , وَلَوْلَاهُ يَا آدَمُ مَا خَلَقْتُكَ» لَا يُرْوَى عَنْ عُمَرَ إِلَّا بِهَذَا الْإِسْنَادِ تَفَرَّدَ بِهِ أَحْمَدُ بْنُ سَعِيدٍ

Sayyidina Umar Bin Al Khattab RaziAllahu Anhu se Rivaayat hai ke Rasool Allah Sallallahu Alai Wasllam ne farmaya :

“ Jab Adam Alai Salam se Khata Sarzadd hui tho unhone apna sarr aasmaan ke taraf uthaaya aur Arz guzaar huwe : “ Aye ALLAH ! Mai Bahaqq Mohammad tujhse sawaal karta hu ke tu muje muaaf karde. ALLAH ne wahi naazil farmaayi  : Muhammad kaun hai ? Sayyidina Adam ne arz ki : Aye ALLAH !! tera naam paak hai. Jab tune muje paidah kiya tha tho maine apna likha huwa لا إله الا الله محمد رسول الله sar Arsh ki taraf uthaaya tha. Waha maine dekha. Lihaaza mai Jaangaya ki yeh Zaroor koi Badii hastii hai. Jiskaa Naam tune apne naam ke saath Milaaya hai. Fir ALLAH ne wahi ki ke Aye Adam !! Wo { Muhammad Sallallahu Alai Wasallam } tere Nasl mese Aakhri Nabi hai aur inki Ummat bhi tere Nasal me se Aakhri Ummat hogi aur agar wo ne hotho mai Tujhe paidah na karta. ”

KHULASA :

Agar yeh Rivayat saabit hothi tho waakime naik logonki zaat aur shaksiyat ke waseele par daleel banti aur fauth shudgaan Auwliyaa Saaliheen ka waseela bilkul Mashru hojaata lekin kya kare ke yeh Mauzu { Mangharak } rivayat hai. Isliye baaz logonke hisse me aagayi hai.

1). Isme Abdul Rahman bin Ziyaad Bin Aslam Ravi Jumhoor ke nazdeek “ Za’eef Wa Matruk “ Ravi hai.

⦿ Isey Imaam Ahmad bin Hanbal, Imaam Ali bin Madeeni, Imaam Bukhari, Imaam Yahya bin Ma’een, Imaam Nasa’ee, Imaam Daraqutni, Imaam Abu Haatim Ar-Raazi, Imaam Abu Zarr Ar-Raaazi, Imaam Ibn Sa’eed, Imaam Ibn Khuzaymah, Imaam Tirmizi, Imaam Ibn Hibbaan, Imaam Saaji, Imaam Tahawi Hanafi, Imaam Jauzjaani Rahmatullah Alai wagairah ne “ Za’eef “ kaha hai.

ضعيف باتفاقھم، يغلط كثيرا

روي عن أبيه أحاديث موضوعة

“ Isne apne baap se Mansoob karke Mauzu { Mangharakk } ahadees rivaayat kiye hai. “

⦿ Imaam Abu Nayeem Al Asbahaani Rahmatullah Alai farmate hai ke :

حدث عن أبيه، لا شيىء
“ Isne apne waalid se Rivayat bayan kiye hai, Yeh qaabile aitbaar nahi “

{ Al Zu’aafa # 122 }

⦿ Abdul Rahmaan bin ZIyaad bin Aslam ne yeh hadees bhi chunki apne baap hi se rivayat ki hai, lihaaza yeh bhi Mauzu { manghadakk } hai.

2) Imaam Tabaraani Rahmatullah Alai ke Ustaad Muhammad bin Daawan bin Usmaan Sadfii Masrii ki Tauseeq Matloob hai.

3) Iske Ravi Ahmad bin Sa’eed Fahrii ki bhi Tauseeq chahiye.

RIVAYAT # 2 :

Sayyidina Abdullah bin Abbas RaziAllahu Anhu se Riwayath hai ke unhone Rasool ALLAH Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam se in dua e kalimaat ke bareme pucha, jo Sayyidian Adam Alaihi Salam ko Rabb e Taala ne Ataa farmaya they.
Aap Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam ne farmaya :

سَأَلَ بِحَقِّ مُحَمَّدٍ، وَعَلِيٍّ , وَفَاطِمَةَ، وَالْحَسَنِ، وَالْحُسَيْنِ إِلا تُبْتَ عَلَيَّ، فَتَابَ عليه

“Adam ne Muhammad Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam aur Ali, Fatima , Hasan Husain Razi Allahu Anhum ke waseele se dua karke ALLAH se Arz ki ke meri Tauba qabool karle. ALLAH TALA ne tauba qabool karli “.

KHULASA :

Yeh Jhooti Rivayat hai kyunki..

Iska ravi Amro Bin Abi Al Maqdaam bin Saabit “ Kazzaab “ aur “ Matruk “ Ravi hai.
1)  Ali bin Shaqeeq kahte hai ke :

سمعت عبدالله بن المبارك، يقول على رؤوس الناس : دعوا حديث عمرو بن ثابت فإنه كان يسب السلف.

“ Maine Imaam Abdullah bin Mubarak rahmatullah Alai ko Sare aam yeh farmaate huwe suna ke Amro bin Saabit ke bayan kardah rivaayaat ko chordo. Kyunki wo Aslaaf ko Gaaliya bakta tha “

2) Imaam Yahya Ibn Ma’een Rahmatullah Alai farmate hai ke :

ليس بثقة ولا مأمون، لا يكتب حديثه

“ Yeh Khabil e Aitbaar Ravi nahi. Iski Hadees likhe hi nahi jaayegi.

3) Imaam Bukhari Rahmatullah Alai farmate hai ke “

ليس بالقوي عندھم
“ Yeh Ravi Muhaddiseen kiraam ke aagey Khabile Aitbaar nahi hai “

4) Imaam Daraqutni Rahmatullah alaine bhi isey Za’eef wa Matruk raaviyome Shumaar kiya hai.

5) Imaam Abu Haatim Ar-Raazi Rahmatullah alai ne Farmate hai ke :

ضعيف الحديث، يكتب حديثه، كان ردبىء الرأي، شديد التشيع.

“ Iski hadees Za’eef hai, isey { Mutaabiat wa Shawaahid me } likha jaasakta hai. Yeh bari Aqaaid ka Haamil kattar shiya tha. ”

7) Imaam Nasa’ee Rahmatullah Alai ne isey “ Matruk al Hadees “ Karar diya hai.

8) Imaam Ibn Hibbaan Rahmatullah Alai Farmate hai ke :

كان ممن يروي الوضوعات، لا يحل ذكره إلا على سبيل الاعتبار

“ yeh Mangharak rivaayaat bayan karta tha. Iski hadees ko sirf { Mutaabiat, Shawaahid } me zikr karna jayaz hai “

Ek Aur Jhooti Riwayat Mulaheza Farmaaye :

وَقَدْ رَوَاهُ أَبُو الْحُسَيْنِ بْنُ بشران مِنْ طَرِيقِ الشَّيْخِ أَبِي الْفَرَجِ ابْنِ الْجَوْزِيِّ فِي (الوفا بِفَضَائِلِ الْمُصْطَفَى صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو جَعْفَرٍ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَمْرٍو حَدَّثَنَا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ إسْحَاقَ بْنِ صَالِحٍ ثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ صَالِحٍ ثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ سِنَانٍ العوفي ثَنَا إبْرَاهِيمُ بْنُ طهمان عَنْ يَزِيدَ بْنِ مَيْسَرَةَ عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ سُفْيَانَ عَنْ {مَيْسَرَةَ قَالَ قُلْت: يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ مَتَى كُنْت نَبِيًّا؟ قَالَ لَمَّا خَلَقَ اللَّهُ الْأَرْضَ وَاسْتَوَى إلَى السَّمَاءِ فَسَوَّاهُنَّ سَبْعَ سَمَوَاتٍ وَخَلَقَ الْعَرْشَ: كَتَبَ عَلَى سَاقِ الْعَرْشِ مُحَمَّدٌ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ خَاتَمُ الْأَنْبِيَاءِ وَخَلَقَ اللَّهُ الْجَنَّةَ الَّتِي أَسْكَنَهَا آدَمَ وَحَوَّاءَ فَكَتَبَ اسْمِي عَلَى الْأَبْوَابِ وَالْأَوْرَاقِ وَالْقِبَابِ وَالْخِيَامِ وَآدَمُ بَيْنَ الرُّوحِ وَالْجَسَدِ فَلَمَّا أَحْيَاهُ اللَّهُ تَعَالَى: نَظَرَ إلَى الْعَرْشِ فَرَأَى اسْمِي فَأَخْبَرَهُ اللَّهُ أَنَّهُ سَيِّدُ وَلَدِك فَلَمَّا غَرَّهُمَا الشَّيْطَانُ تَابَا وَاسْتَشْفَعَا بِاسْمِي إلَيْهِ}

 

“Maisara bayan karte hai ke main ne arz ki:

ALLAH ke Rasool aap kab Rasool bane ??
Aap sallallahu alaihi wa sallam ne farmaya :

“ Allah ne jab zameen ko paida kiya, aasman ka qasad kiya aur unko saat  (7) aasman banaya aur Arsh ko paidah kiya toh Arsh ke ek paye par ye likhdiya..
“ MUHAMMADUR RASOOLULLAH KHATIMUL AMBIYA. Phir jannat ko paidah kiya jis me Adam Hawwa Alaihi Salam ko tahraya jata tha, ALLAH TALA ne jannat ke darwazon , patton, khaimo wagaira par mera naam likhdiya, Us waqt Adam Alaihi Salam ki Rooh aur jism ka milap nahi hua tha. Jab ALLAH TALA ne unko zindagi bakhshi  tho unhone mera naam Arsh par dekha.

ALLAH TALA ne unhen bataya ke main unki aulad ka sardaar hun, Jab shaitaan ne Adam Hawwa Alaihi Salam ko wargulaya tho unhone tauba ki aur ALLAH TALA ko mere naam ka waasta diya…”

KHULASA :

⦿ Ye bhi Jhooti aur Munkar Riwayath hai.

Iske Rawi Muhammad bin Saaleh ka koi ataa pata nahi.  Ye usiki karwayi hai kyunke baaqi saare Raawi Siqah hai.. Jo shaks is riwayath ke sahih hone ka daawedar hai us ar zaroori hai ke Muhammad bin Saaleh ki tauseeq sabit kare  lihaza muhammad bin yusuf Salehi shami {M 942 H} ka is Rivayat ki sanad ko “ Jayyid “ kahna sahih nahi.

RIVAYAT # 4 :

 

Isi maani wa mafhoom ki ek Riwayath darj zayl hai :

أَنْبَأَنَا أَبُو أَحْمَدَ هَارُونُ بْنُ يُوسُفَ( بن هارون )  بْنِ زِيَادٍ التَّاجِرُ قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو مَرْوَانَ الْعُثْمَانِيُّ قَالَ: حَدَّثَنِي أَبِي عُثْمَانُ بْنُ خَالِدٍ عَنْ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنِ أَبِي الزِّنَادِ , عَنْ أَبِيهِ قَالَ: ” مِنَ الْكَلِمَاتِ الَّتِي تَابَ اللَّهُ بِهَا عَلَى آدَمَ عَلَيْهِ السَّلَامُ قَالَ: اللَّهُمَّ إِنَّى أَسْأَلُكَ بِحَقِّ مُحَمَّدٍ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ عَلَيْكَ قَالَ اللَّهُ عَزَّ وَجَلَّ: يَا آدَمُ , وَمَا يُدْرِيكَ بِمُحَمَّدٍ؟ قَالَ: يَا رَبِّ , رَفَعْتُ رَأْسِي , فَرَأَيْتُ مَكْتُوبًا عَلَى عَرْشِكَ لَا إِلَهَ إِلَّا اللَّهُ مُحَمَّدٌ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ «فَعَلِمْتُ أَنَّهُ أَكْرَمُ خَلْقِكَ عَلَيْكَ»

 

“ Abdur Rahman Bin Abi Al Zanaad apne walid se bayan karte hain ke “ Jin kalimamat ki wajeh se ALLAH TALA NE Adam AlaiSalam ki Tauba qabool farmaye, inme se ye bhi hai : “ Aye ALLAH ! Muhammad Sallallahu Alaihi Wa Sallam jo haq tujh par hai, main uske waaste se sawal karta hun.

ALLAH TALA ne farmaya : “ Tujhe Muhammad Sallallahu Alaihi Wa Sallam ka tujhe kya ilm ??

Adam Alaihis Salam ne arz ki :

“ Mere Rab ! Main ne apna sar uthaya toh tere arsh per لا إله إلا الله محمد رسول الله likha tha . Yun main jaangaya ke Aap tere nazdeek sab se muazziz makhlukh hain “

KHULASA :

Ye Abu Zanad Abdullah bin Zakwan Tabaee ki taraf jhoota mansoob kiya gaya qaul hai, kyunke :

⦿ Iske Rawi Abu Marwan Muhammad bin Usman Usmaani ke bareme
Hafiz Zahabi Rahimahullah likhte hain:

وثقه أبو حاتم، وله عن أبيه مناكير

“ Ise Imam Abu Haatim ne agarche Siqa qarar diya hai, Lekin iski apne walid se Riwayaat munkir hain.

Ye Qaul bhi isne apne waalid se bayan kiya hai.

⦿ Imam Bukhari Rahimahullah iske bareme farmate hain ke ye “Munkirul hadees hai “ [ Tareekh A Kabeer # 6/220]

⦿ Nez Imam Saahib ne ise “Za’eef ” bhi kaha hai.

⦿ Imam Abu Haatim Ar-Raazi Rahimahullah bhi ise “Munkirul Hadees ” kehte hain.

⦿ Imam ibn Adiy Rahimahullah farmate hain:

ولعثمان غير ما ذكرت، كلھا غير محفوظة

“ Maine jo riwayaat bayan ki hain, Unke Alawa bhi kuch Riwayaat Usman ne bayan ki hain, Lekin ye saari ki saari “shaaz” hain.

⦿ Imam Uqyli Rahimahullah farmate hain :

الغالب على حديثه الوھم

“ Iski bayan kardah hadeeson me wahem bahut hota hai “

⦿ Imam Ibn Hibbaan Rahimahullah farmate hain :

كان ممن يروي المقلوبات عن الثقات، ويروي عن الأثبات أسانيد ليس من مروياتھم، لأنه يقلب الأسانيد، لا يحل الا حتجاج بخبره

“Ye un raviyomese hai jo Siqa Raviyonse  naqal karte waqt Rawiyaat ko ulat palat kardeta hain aur motabarTareen Rawiyon se aise sanaden bayan karta hain jo unhone kabhi zikr hi nahi ki hoti hain, Ye sanadon ko khalat malat kardeta hai Iski bayan karda Riwayat se daleel lena haram hai.

⦿ Imam Haakim Rahimahullah farmate hain :

روي عن مالك وعيسى بن يونس وغيرھما أحاديث موضوعة

Isne Imam Maalik , Isa bin Yunus aur deegar Raawiyon se mansoob karke man  ghadat Riwiyaat bayan ki hain.

⦿ Imam Abu Nayeem As’bahani Rahimahullah farmate hain:

عن مالك وعيسي وغيرھا أحاديث موضوعة، لا شيء

Ye Imam Maalik aur Isa wagaira ki taraf khud sakhta Riwiyaath mansoob karta hai
Iska koi Aitbaar nahi .

RIVAYAT # 5 :

Imaam Muhammad Baaqar bin Ali bin Husain Rahimahullah farmate hain :

وَأخرج ابْن الْمُنْذر عَن مُحَمَّد بن عَليّ بن الْحُسَيْن بن أبي طَالب قَالَ: لما أصَاب آدم الْخَطِيئَة عظم كربه وَاشْتَدَّ ندمه

فَجَاءَهُ جِبْرِيل فَقَالَ: يَا آدم هَل أدلك على بَاب توبتك الَّذِي يَتُوب الله عَلَيْك مِنْهُ قَالَ: بلَى يَا جِبْرِيل قَالَ: قُم فِي مقامك الَّذِي تناجي فِيهِ ربّك فمجده وامدح فَلَيْسَ شَيْء أحب إِلَى الله من الْمَدْح قَالَ: فَأَقُول مَاذَا يَا جِبْرِيل قَالَ: فَقل لَا إِلَه إِلَّا الله وَحده لَا شريك لَهُ لَهُ الْملك وَله الْحَمد يحيي وَيُمِيت وَهُوَ حَيّ لَا يَمُوت بِيَدِهِ الْخَيْر كُله وَهُوَ على كل شَيْء قدير

ثمَّ تبوء بخطيئتك فَتَقول: سُبْحَانَكَ اللَّهُمَّ وَبِحَمْدِك لَا إِلَه إِلَّا أَنْت

رب إِنِّي ظلمت نَفسِي وعملت السوء فَاغْفِر لي إِنَّه لَا يغْفر الذُّنُوب إِلَّا أَنْت

الله إِنِّي أَسأَلك بجاه مُحَمَّد عَبدك وكرامته عَلَيْك أَن تغْفر لي خطيئتي

قَالَ: فَفعل آدم فَقَالَ الله: يَا آدم من علمك هَذَا فَقَالَ: يَا رب إِنَّك لما نفخت فيّ الرّوح فَقُمْت بشرا سوياً أسمع وَأبْصر وأعقل وَأنْظر رَأَيْت على سَاق عرشك مَكْتُوبًا بِسم الله الرَّحْمَن الرَّحِيم لَا إِلَه إِلَّا الله وَحده لَا شريك لَهُ مُحَمَّد رَسُول الله فَلَمَّا لم أر أثر اسْمك اسْم ملك مقرب وَلَا نَبِي مُرْسل غير اسْمه علمت أَنه أكْرم خلقك عَلَيْك

قَالَ: صدقت

وَقد تبت عَلَيْك وغفرت لَك خطيئتك قَالَ: فَحَمدَ آدم ربه وشكره وَانْصَرف بأعظم سرُور وَلم ينْصَرف بِهِ عبد من عِنْد ربه

وَكَانَ لِبَاس آدم النُّور قَالَ الله (ينْزع عَنْهُمَا لباسهما ليريهما سوآتهما) ثِيَاب النُّور قَالَ: فَجَاءَتْهُ الْمَلَائِكَة أَفْوَاجًا تهنئه يَقُولُونَ: لتهنك تَوْبَة الله يَا أَبَا مُحَمَّد

 

” Jab Adam Alai Salam khata kar baithe toh unhen sakht ghamm pahuncha aur bahut Naadim huye . Unke pas Jibrael aaye aur kaha:

“ Adam ! kya main aapko aisa tareekha bataun Jisse ALLAH TALA aap ko maaf karde ?? Adam Alai Salam ne kaha : “ Kyun nahi, Zaroor bataiye. “

Jibrael Alai Salam ne kaha : “ Is jagah khade hojana jahan par Aap ALLAH TALA ki ibadat karte hain. ALLAH ki taareef wa sana kihiye, Tareef se badkar ALLAH TALA ko koi cheez mahboob nahi. Adam Alai Salam kehnelage :
“ Main kya kahun ?
Jibrael ne bataya ke “ Aap ye kalimaat padhen :

لا إله إلا الله وحده لا شريك له، له الملك وله الحمد، يحيي ويميت وهو حي لا يموت، بيده الخير كله، وهو على كل شيء قدير

“ Phir apne gunahon ka aiteraaf kare aur kahen : “ Aye ALLAH tu apni tareef ke saath paak hai, Tere siwa koi Maa’bood nahi,  Aye ALLAH maine apni Jaan par Zulm kiya hai aur gunaonkar irtikaab kiya hai. Muje Maaf farmaade, tere siwa hai kaun jo Muaaf karde.

“ Main tujhse tere bande Muhammad sallallahu alaihi wa sallam ki izzat wa takreem ke waseele se sawal kartahun ke mera gunah maaf farmade.
Adam Alai Salam ne aisa hi kiya.

ALLAH TALA ne farmaya : “ Adam ! Tumhen ye tareeqa kisne sikhaya ?
Adam Alahi Salam ne arz kiya : “ Mere rab ! Jab tune mujhme Rooh phunki aur main sunne, Dekhne aur sonchne, samajhne waala kamil insaan bangaya tho main ne tere Arsh ke paaye par ye likha hua dekha:

بسم الله الرحمن الرحيم، لا إله إلا الله وحده لا شريك له، محمد رسول الله

BISMILAH HIRRAHMAN RIRRAHEEM , LA ILAHA ILLALLAH WAHDAHU LASHAREEKA LAHU, MUHAMMADUR RASOOLULLAH.

“ Maine tere naam ke saath kisi muqrab Farishte ya kisi Nabi wa Rasool ka naam likha hua nahi dekha siwaye MUHAMMAD Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam ke. Isse mujhe maaloom hua ke wo teri makhlooq mese sabse mahboob wa muazziz hain. ALLAH TALA ne farmaya : “ Tune sach kaha, main ne tera gunah maaf kardiya.
Adam Alai Salam ne ALLAH TALA ki hamd o sana ki aur uska shukr ada kiya, Phir bahut khushi khushi ke saath wapis palat aye. In Kalimat ke saath dua karke koi banda apne Rab se khaali haath nahi lauta, Adam Alahi Salam ka libaas Noor ka tha. ALLAH TALA ne ye jo farmaya hai ke shaitan inka libaas Utarwa diya , Tho ussey Murad Noor ka libas hi hai. Phir Farishte giroh dar giroh Adam Alahi Salam ko Mubarak dene ate aur kehte : “ Aye Muhammad Sallallahu Alaihi Salam ke baap !aap ko tauba Mubarak ho.”

KHULASA :

⦿ Yeh Qaul bila sanad hone ke bina par baatil aur Mardood hai.

Jo log Isey Paish karte hain, Unhen chaahiye ke is qaul ki koi aisi sanad dhoondh kar laayen jo Imam baqar tak pahunchti ho, Warna wo batayen ke aisi be sarupa riwayaat paish karke wo kis deen ki khidmat karrahe hain ??


RIVAYAT # 6 :

Kaa’ab Ahbar Tabaee Rahimahullah bayan karte hain :

 

حَدَّثَنَا زَكَرِيَّا بْنُ يَحْيَى، نا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ زفر الأصبهاني، نا محمد بن خالد الهاشمي الدمشقي، نا محمد بن حمير الحمصي، نا صَفْوَانُ بْنُ عَمْرٍو السَّكْسَكِيُّ، عَنْ شُرَيْحِ بْنِ عُمَيْرٍ، قَالَ: -كَذَا قَالَ، فَقُلْتُ: إِنَّمَا هُوَ شُرَيْحُ بْنُ عُبَيْدٍ، قَالَ: كَذَا هُوَ عِنْدِي- عَنْ أَبِي السَّمِيرِ التِّرْمِذِيِّ] عَنْ كَعْبِ الأَحْبَارِ:

إِنَّ اللَّهَ تَعَالَى أَنْزَلَ عَلَى آدَمَ عَلَيْهِ السَّلامُ عِصِيًّا بِعَدَدِ الأَنْبِيَاءِ الْمُرْسَلِينَ، ثُمَّ أَقْبَلَ عَلَى ابْنِهِ شِيثَ فَقَالَ: أَيْ بُنَيَّ، أَنْتَ خَلِيفَتِي مِنْ بَعْدِي، فَخُذْهَا بِعِمَارَةِ التَّقْوَى [وَالْعُرْوَةِ الْوُثْقَى] وَكُلَّمَا ذَكَرْتَ اللَّهَ تَعَالَى فَاذْكُرْ إِلَى جَنْبِهِ اسْمَ مُحَمَّدٍ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ فَإِنِّي رَأَيْتُ اسْمَهُ مَكْتُوبًا عَلَى سَاقِ الْعَرْشِ وَأَنَا بَيْنَ الرُّوحِ وَالطِّينِ، ثُمَّ إِنِّي طُفْتُ السموات، فَلَمْ أَرَ فِي السَّمَاءِ مَوْضِعًا إِلا رَأَيْتُ اسْمَ مُحَمَّدٍ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ مَكْتُوبًا عَلَيْهِ؛ وَإِنَّ رَبِّي عَزَّ وَجَلَّ أَسْكَنَنِي الْجَنَّةَ، فَلَمْ أَرَ فِي الْجَنَّةِ قَصْرًا وَلا غُرْفَةً إِلا رَأَيْتُ اسْمَ محمدٍ مَكْتُوبًا عَلَيْهِ؛ وَلَقَدْ رَأَيْتُ اسْمَ محمدٍ مَكْتُوبًا عَلَى نُحُورِ الْحُورِ الْعِينِ، وَعَلَى وَرَقِ قَصَبِ آجَامِ الْجَنَّةِ، وَعَلَى وَرَقِ شَجْرَةِ طُوبَى، وَعَلَى وَرَقِ سِدْرَةِ الْمُنْتَهَى، وَعَلَى أَطْرَافِ الْحُجُبِ، وَبَيْنَ أَعْيُنِ الْمَلائِكَةِ، [فَأَكْثِرْ ذِكْرَهُ، فَإِنَّ الْمَلَائِكَةَ] تَذْكُرُهُ فِي كُلِّ سَاعَاتِهَا. صلى الله عليه وسلم.

“ ALLAH TaALA ne Adam Alahi Salam par Tamaam Ambiya e Mursaleen ki Taadad ke baraabar laathiyan naazil farmayi. Phir wo apne bete SHEES ki taraf mutawajjah huwe aur Farmaya :

“ Mere bad tu mera khalifa hai, Unko Taqwa aur Urwa wa saqi ke zariye pakadle. Jab bhi tu ALLAH TALA ka zikr kare toh saath Muhammad Sallallahu Alaihi Wa Sallam ka naam bhi lena. Main ne uske Arsh ke paye par inka naam likha dekha tha jab main Rooh aur Mitti ke darmiyan tha. Phir Main ne Aasmanon ka chakkar lagaya toh aisi jagah na thi jahan Muhammad Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam ka naam na likha ho. Mere Rabb ne mujhe jannat me basaya toh main ne jannat me koi mahal ya koi kamra nahi dekha jahan Muhammad Sallallahu Alaihi Wa Sallam ka naam na likha ho. Maine Muhammad Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam ka naam jannat ki hooron ke Seeno par likha dekha. Jannat ke mahlaat ki Eetonpar, Tubah ke darakhton ke patton par , Sidratul muntaha ke patton par, Noor ke pardon ke atraaf par aur Farishton ki aankh ke darmiyan Isey likha dekha. Tho inka zikr kasrat se kiya kar, kyunke Farishte har waqt Aap sallallahu alaihi wa sallam ki zikr karte hain. “

1). Imaam Abu Haatim Ar-Raazi Rahimahullah farmate hain :

2) Shareeh bin Ubaid ne Kaa’ab Ahbaar ka zamana nahi paya.

أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو عَبْدِ اللهِ الْحَافِظُ، ثنا أَبُو الْعَبَّاسِ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يَعْقُوبَ، ثنا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ خَالِدٍ، ثنا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ خَالِدٍ الْوَهْبِيُّ، ثنا إِسْرَائِيلُ، عَنْ أَبِي حُصَيْنٍ، عَنْ يَحْيَى بْنِ وَثَّابٍ، عَنْ مَسْرُوقٍ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللهِ يَعْنِي ابْنَ مَسْعُودٍ، أَنَّهُ قَالَ: ” لَا تُقَلِّدُوا دِينَكُمُ الرِّجَالَ فَإِنْ أَبَيْتُمْ فَبِالْأَمْوَاتِ لَا بِالْأَحْيَاءِ

“ Deen mein logoon ki taqleed na karo, pas agar tum inkaar karte ho toh murdoon ki (iqtida) kar lo, zindoon k na karo”

Ajeeb baat hai ke Andhen Muqallid kaise dawa karte hai ? Agar koi kisika Shagird hogaya hai tho kya wo usey uske Tabaqat me shumar karke Unhe uska Muqallid banade ? Yeh kaunsa Qaedah hai ? Kahanka Usool hai ?

Imaam Bukhaari Rahimahullah Imaam Shaafi’ee Rahimahullah ke Darjese kam bhi nahi hai, balke aapka Darja upar hi hai, tho kisiki Taqleed kyun kare ??

“Ar-Radd Ala Man Akhlad Ilal Ard Wa Jahala Annal Ijtihaad  fi Kulli Asrin Fardh”,  aur is kitaab me Baab baanda hai :

“Fasaad ut-Taqleed (Taqleed ki Gumrahi )”,  aur isme unhone Ibn Hazam se Ek Rivayat kiya hai ke :

“ Taqleed Haraam hai ”

6) Abu Zayd Qaadhi Ubaydullah ad-Daboosi Al-Hanafi (!) ne kaha :

“Taqleed ka Khulaasa yeh hai ke Muqallid apne apko Janwar banata hai aur ChaarPay me shumar karleta hai…..Muqallid apne apko Jaanwar banaleta hai  Kyunki wo Samajne ki kuch bhi Salahiyat / Akl nahi rakta, Usey apne apko Ilaaj karne ki zarurat hai ”

7) Ash-Shaykh al-Aalim al-Kabeer Muhammad Faakhir bin Muhammad Yahya bin Muhammad Ameen al-Abbaasi as-Salafi Ilaahbaadi (rahimahullah) Taqleed nahi karte the, balke wo Kitaab-o-Sunnat se Masaail aur khud Ijthihaad karte the.

Aap (rahimahullah) ne farmaya k :

“ Jumhoor ke mutaabik yeh hargis Jayaz nahi ke kisi Khas Mazab ki Taqleed kare, balke Ijtihaad Wajib hai…..Taqleed ki Bida’t ka aghaaz Chawthi Sadi me huwa hai ”

Ek Aalim Kitaab-o-Sunnat, Ijmaa, aur Athaar Salaf as-Saaliheen se Ijtihaad karsakta hai, jabke Aami ka Ijtihaad Saheeh ul-Aqeedah ke Aalim jo Kitaab-o-Sunnat par Aml karta ho unse poochsakta hai aur yeh Taqleed nahi kahlaayega.

8) Abu Bakr or Abu Abdullah Muhammad bin Ahmed bin Abdullah al- Uroof: Ibn Khawaz Mandaaz al-Basari al-Maaliki ne Farmaya :

 “Sharee’ah me Taqleed ka maana “ Bina Daleel ke Shaks ke baat par Aml karna aur Sharee’ah me aisa karna jayaz nahi hai, Aur Ittibaa wo hai jo Daleel se saabit ho ”

Note:  This saying is narrated by Haafidh Ibn Abdul Barr and did not oppose it, therefore we come to know that it is not among the Shaadh sayings of Ibn Khuwayz Mandaad. Moreover  [ see: Lisaan al-Mizaan (Vol 5 Pg 292) ]

9) Kabile Aitmaad me se, Yamen ke Mash’hoor Alim Shaikh  Muqbil bin Haadee al-Wadaa’ee (rahimahullah) ne Farmaya hai :

“ Taqleed Haraam hai, aur Kisi bhi Musalmaan ko iski Ijazat nahi ke wo ALLAH ke Deen me Taqleed kare “

10) Shaikh Abdul Azeez bin Abdullah bin Baaz (rahimahullah) [ The Chief Justice of Saudi Arabia ] ne farmaya hai ke :

“Mai Muta’assub nahi hu Alhamdulillah, Magar mai jo Faisle deta hu wo Kitaab-o-Sunnat ki buniyad par hothi hai, Mere Fatawe sirf ALLAH ka KALAAM aur Nabi Sallallahu Alai Wasallam ne jo farmaya hai usi ke buniyad par hothe hai, aur mai Hanabilah ki aur doosronki Taqleed nahi karta  ”

11) Ibn al-Jawzee Taqleed ke Khilaaf the.

Brailwiyah ke Peer, Sultaan Baahu ne Farmaya : :

“….Taqleed  bayjamee’ati hai and musibat hai, Haqeeqat me, Taqleed ke Log Jaahil hai aur Janwar se battar hai ”

Sultaan Baahu aagey Farmaya ke :

“Ahl-Tawheed ke log hidayat wale log hai, and Rahmath wale hai. Aur Ahl-Taqleed is duniya ke ilzaami log hai aur Mushrik hai.

Itne 100 Dalail jo Taqleed ka Radd karte hai aur doosri taraf Deobandi aur Brailwi ulama kahte hai ke Taqleed Waajib hai, aur pichle Ulama aur Muhadditheen saare Muqallid the !!

1) Muhammad Qaasim Nanotwi Deobandi kahte hai ke :

“ Mai Imaam Abu Haneefah ka Muqallid hu, Tho chunache jo kuch bhi tum ab mere khilaaf kahrahe ho wo Imaam me Khilaaf hai. Jaisa ke Mai Ek Muqallid hut ho mere aagey Shaami, Saahib Durr Mukhtaar wagairah mere aagey Hujjah nahi honge. ”

“…Is Mauzu me Sacchai aur Insaaf Ash-Shafi’I par Tarjee’ dena hai magar mai ham Muqallid hai aur Imaam Abu Haneefa ki Taqleed ham par laazim [ Wajib ] hai, ALLAH bahtar jaanta hai ”

Jo kahte hai ke Taqleed waajib hai unse dalail dene ki guzarish ki jaati hai, aur  Ham kahenge ke tumhare paas 11 Sau saal ke Thiqah aur Saheeh ul-Aqeedah ke Ulama ke Aqwal ya unke Aml se kuch dalail nahi hai jo Taqleed ko saabit karo. Abu Ali Ahmed bin Ali bin al-Hassan bin Shu’ayb bin Ziyaad al-Madaaini (Hasan ul-Hadeeth aur Jumhoor ke mutabik Thiqah) wo apne Shaikh Imaam Muzani (rahimahullah) se Rivayat karte hai ke :

“Wo jo Taqleed karne ka Faisla karta hai : Unse kaha jayega ke :

“ Tumne jo yeh Faisla kiya unka tumhare paas kuch daleel hai ?, Agar wo Haan kaha tho, fir usne Taqleed ko baatil kiya hai, kyunki yeh Faisla Daleel ki buniyaad par hona chahiye na balke Taqleed ki buniyaad par, Aur Agar usne “ NAHI ” kaha hai tho, usse kaha jayega ke : “ Tum kyun Khoon bahaye ho, Kyun sharm gaah ko halal banaye ho, aur Daulat kyun zaaya kare ho ? ALLAH ne yeh sab cheezonko tumpar Haraam kiya hai magar tumne bina daleel ke Halaal banaya hai….””

Imaam Muzani bahut hi Khoobsurat andaaz me acche aqlaaq ke saath Taqleed ko baatil saabit kiya hai.  Rahimahullah

93) Haafidh Dhahabi aur Haafidh Khaleel bin Aybak as-Safdi dono ne Allaamah Abu Muhammad Abdul Azeem bin Abdullah bin Abi al-Hujjaaj ibn ash-Shaykh al-Balwi (rahimahullah) ke bareme farmaya ke :

“Aur inke paas kuch ‘Khas masaail the, wo unmese kisi ki Taqleed nahi kit hi ”

94) Suyooti ne Haafidh Ibn Hazam se rivayat kiya ke :

“Aur Aakir me, Wo jo hamne Mulaaqat ki, Hamare Shaikh [ Ustaad ] Abu Umar al-Talmanki kabhi kisi ki Taqleed nahi kiye the, aur kuch Masaail me, wo Imaam Shaafi’ee ke athaar ki buniyaad se Fatwa diye the, aur ab Muhammad bin Awf (?) kisi ki bhi Taqleed nahi karte hai, aur kuch Masaail me wo Imaam Shaafi’ee ke athaar ki buniyad par Fatwa diye hai ”

Yeh saabit hogaya ke Thiqah Imaam Haafidh Abu Umar Ahmed bin Muhammad bin Abdullah al-Ma’afri al-Andalusi al-Talmanki (rahimahullah) ne Haafidh Ibn Hazam ke mutaabik kisi ki bhi Taqleed nahi kare the.

Haafidh Dhahabi ne Imaam Talmanki ke bareme farmaya :

“ Wo ek Imaam Muhaqqiq Muhaddith al-Haafidh Al-Athari hai…”

98) Shaikh ul-Islaam Haafidh Taqi ud-Deen Abul Abbaas Ahmed bin Abdul Haleem al-Harraani : Mashoor hai : Ibn Taymiyyah (rahimahullah) ne Farmaya :

“ Mai sirf Ahmed ke mazabh se wahi lunga jo mai jaanta hu, mai unki Taqleed nahi karta ”

Haafidh Ibn Taymiyyah ne farmaya :

“ Aur agar koi kahte hai ke, Awaam par yeh Wajib hai ke wo Falan ya Falan ki Taqleed kare tho aisa kahna kisi Ek Musalman ka nahi hai ”

“ Aur Yeh Bid’ah [ ..Taqleed ]  ka aghaaz Chawthi sadi me huwa, Jiski Muzamat [condemnation] ne Nabi Sallallahu Alai Wasallam ne apne Zubaan Mubarak se Kari thi ”
