Hazrat Abu Humaed Sa’adi (RadiAllahu Anhu) ki hadith:
حَدَّثَنَا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ حَنْبَلٍ، حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو عَاصِمٍ الضَّحَّاكُ بْنُ مَخْلَدٍ، ح وَحَدَّثَنَا مُسَدَّدٌ، حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى – وَهَذَا حَدِيثُ أَحْمَدَ – قَالَ: أَخْبَرَنَا عَبْدُ الْحَمِيدِ يَعْنِي ابْنَ جَعْفَرٍ، أَخْبَرَنِي مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَمْرِو بْنِ عَطَاءٍ، قَالَ: سَمِعْتُ أَبَا حُمَيْدٍ السَّاعِدِيَّ، فِي عَشَرَةٍ مِنْ أَصْحَابِ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ مِنْهُمْ أَبُو قَتَادَةَ، قَالَ أَبُو حُمَيْدٍ: أَنَا أَعْلَمُكُمْ بِصَلَاةِ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ، قَالُوا: فَلِمَ؟ فَوَاللَّهِ مَا كُنْتَ بِأَكْثَرِنَا لَهُ تَبَعًا وَلَا أَقْدَمِنَا لَهُ صُحْبَةً، قَالَ: بَلَى، قَالُوا: فَاعْرِضْ، قَالَ: ” كَانَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ إِذَا قَامَ إِلَى الصَّلَاةِ يَرْفَعُ يَدَيْهِ حَتَّى يُحَاذِيَ بِهِمَا مَنْكِبَيْهِ، ثُمَّ يُكَبِّرُ حَتَّى يَقِرَّ كُلُّ عَظْمٍ فِي مَوْضِعِهِ مُعْتَدِلًا، ثُمَّ يَقْرَأُ، ثُمَّ يُكَبِّرُ فَيَرْفَعُ يَدَيْهِ حَتَّى يُحَاذِيَ بِهِمَا مَنْكِبَيْهِ، ثُمَّ يَرْكَعُ وَيَضَعُ رَاحَتَيْهِ عَلَى رُكْبَتَيْهِ، ثُمَّ يَعْتَدِلُ فَلَا يَصُبُّ رَأْسَهُ وَلَا يُقْنِعُ، ثُمَّ يَرْفَعُ رَأْسَهُ، فَيَقُولُ: سَمِعَ اللَّهُ لِمَنْ حَمِدَهُ، ثُمَّ يَرْفَعُ يَدَيْهِ حَتَّى يُحَاذِيَ بِهِمَا مَنْكِبَيْهِ مُعْتَدِلًا، ثُمَّ يَقُولُ: اللَّهُ أَكْبَرُ ثُمَّ يَهْوِي إِلَى الْأَرْضِ فَيُجَافِي يَدَيْهِ عَنْ جَنْبَيْهِ، ثُمَّ يَرْفَعُ رَأْسَهُ وَيَثْنِي رِجْلَهُ الْيُسْرَى فَيَقْعُدُ عَلَيْهَا، وَيَفْتَحُ أَصَابِعَ رِجْلَيْهِ إِذَا سَجَدَ، وَيَسْجُدُ ثُمَّ يَقُولُ: اللَّهُ أَكْبَرُ، وَيَرْفَعُ رَأْسَهُ وَيَثْنِي رِجْلَهُ الْيُسْرَى فَيَقْعُدُ عَلَيْهَا حَتَّى يَرْجِعَ كُلُّ عَظْمٍ إِلَى مَوْضِعِهِ، ثُمَّ يَصْنَعُ فِي الْأُخْرَى مِثْلَ ذَلِكَ، ثُمَّ إِذَا قَامَ مِنَ الرَّكْعَتَيْنِ كَبَّرَ وَرَفَعَ يَدَيْهِ حَتَّى يُحَاذِيَ بِهِمَا مَنْكِبَيْهِ كَمَا كَبَّرَ عِنْدَ افْتِتَاحِ الصَّلَاةِ، ثُمَّ يَصْنَعُ ذَلِكَ فِي بَقِيَّةِ صَلَاتِهِ حَتَّى إِذَا كَانَتِ السَّجْدَةُ الَّتِي فِيهَا التَّسْلِيمُ أَخَّرَ رِجْلَهُ الْيُسْرَى وَقَعَدَ مُتَوَرِّكًا عَلَى شِقِّهِ الْأَيْسَرِ “، قَالُوا: صَدَقْتَ هَكَذَا كَانَ يُصَلِّي صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ
Abu Humaed As-Sa’adi (Radiallahu Anhu) ne das (10) Sahaba kiraam jin mein Abu Qatadah b thy, Abu Humaed As-Sa’adi (RadiAllahu Anhu) farmate hai kii Main ne kaha: Main Tum sab say zeada Rasoolullah ﷺ ki nimaaz jaanta hoon, Unhoon ne kaha: Kaisay? Allah ki kasam! Aap ne na toh Hum say zeada Aap ﷺ ki itiba kiye hai aur na Hum say phelay Aap ﷺ k sahabi banay thy, Abu Humaed Sa’adi ne kaha: ji haan, Sahabiyoon ne kaha: Toh pesh karo? Abu Humaed As-Sa’adi ne kaha: Rasoolullah ﷺ jab nimaz k liye khaday hote toh kandoon tak rafa-ul-yadain karte phir takbeer kahte hatakii har hadi apne jagah atidaal say thahar jate, phir Aap ﷺ qiraat karte, phir takbeer kahte toh kandoo tak rafa-ul-yadain karte, phir ruku karte aur Apne haathayleya Apnay guthnay par rakhte, phir (Peet seede karne mein) atidaal karte, na toh sar zeada jukaate aur na uthaee rakhte phir sar uthate toh سَمِعَ اللهُ لِمَنْ حَمِدَهُ kahte phir atidaal k saath rafa-ul-yadain karte, phir takbeer kahte, phir zameen ki taraf jukte, (Sajday mein) Apnay donu baazo Apne pahloo say door rakhte, phir Aap sar uthate aur baayaa pawo duhraa kar k is par baath jaate, Aap sajday mein Apne ungliyaa khule rakhte thy.
Phir Aap sajdah karte, phir takbeer kahte aur Sajday say sar uthate, Aap baayaa pawo duhra kar k is par baath jaate hataaki ki har hadee Apne jagah aate jate.
Phir dosri rakaat mein is tarha karte, phir jab Aap do (2) rakaateein padah kar khaday hote toh takbeer kahte aur kandoon tak rafa-ul-yadain karte jaisay kii Aap ne shuru nimaaz mein rafa-ul-yadain kiya tha phir baqi nimaz bhi is tarha padte haatakii jab Aap ka (aakhiri) sajdah hota jis mein salam pheera jata hai toh Aap towaruk karte hue baayaa pawoo (daayee taraf) peechay karte hue baayee pahloo par baath jate thy.
Tamam Sahaba ne kaha:
صَدَقْتَ هَكَذَا كَانَ يُصَلِّي صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ
Aap ne sach kaha hai, Aap ﷺ is tarha nimaaz padte thy.

Tahqiq: Is rewayat ki sanad sahih hai, is rewayat k sab rawe siqa hai, in sab muhadithseen ne is rewayat ko sahih qarar diya hai:
[1]Imam Muhammad Bin Yahiya Zuhali (Rahimahullah):
Imam Muhammad Bin Yahiya Zuhali (Mutawafi 258 Hijri) farmate hai:
مَنْ سَمِعَ هَذَا الْحَدِيثَ، ثُمَّ لَمْ يَرْفَعْ يَدَيْهِ يَعْنِي إِذَا رَكَعَ، وَإِذَا رَفَعَ رَأْسَهُ مِنَ الرُّكُوعِ فَصَلَاتُهُ نَاقِصَةٌ
Jo admi yeh hadith [Abu Humaed As-Sa’adi (Radiallahu Anhu) ki hadith] sune phir b ruku say phele aur ruku k baad rafa-ul-yadain na kare toh us ki nimaz nakis hai.

Maloom hua Muhammad Bin Yahiya (Rahimahullah) is rewayat ko sahih samujte thy.
[2]Imam Bukhari (Rahimahullah) farmate hai:
كُلُّهُ صَحِيحٌ
Yeh sab sahih hai.

[3]Imam Tirmizi (Rahimahullah) farmate hai:
هَذَا حَدِيثٌ حَسَنٌ صَحِيحٌ.
Yeh hadith hasan sahih hai.

[4]Imam Ibne Khuzaima (Rahimahullah) ne is rewayat ko Sahih Ibne Khuzaima mein zikr kiya hai.

[5]Imam Ibne Hibban (Rahimahullah) ne is rewayat ko Sahih Ibne Hibban mein zikr kiya hai.

[6]Imam Ibne Jarood (Rahimahullah) ne Al-Muntaqa mein is rewayat ko zikr kiya hai.

[7]Imam Nawawi (Rahimahullah) farmate hai:
وَرَوَاهُ أَبُو دَاوُد بِإِسْنَادٍ صَحِيحٍ عَلَى شَرْطِ مُسْلِمٍ
Aur Abu Dawud ne sahih sanad k saath jo Imam Muslim ki sharat par hai yeh rewayat bayaan kiye hai.

[8]Sheikhul Islam Ibne Taimeya (Rahimahullah) ne is rewayat ko sahih qarar diya hai.

[9]Imam Ibnul Qayim (Rahimahullah) farmate hai:
حديث أبي حميد هذا حديث صحيح متلقى بالقبول لا علة له و قد أعله قوم بمابرأه الله أئمة الحديث منه ونحن نذكر ما عللوه به ثم نبين فساد تعليلهم وبطلانه بعون الله
Yeh hadith sahih hai, isay talqi bilqobooliyat hasil hai, is mein kamzoori nahi hai aur ek qoom ne isay ma’alool qarar diya hai jis say Allah ne ulma-e-hadith ko bari qarar diya hai aur Hum unki bayaan karda kamzooriya bayaan karaygay, phir un ki bayaan qarada kamzooriyoon ka fasid aur batil hona Allah ki madad say bayaan karaygay.

[10]Imam Khatabi (Rahimahullah) farmate hai:
فهو حديث صحيح
Pas yeh hadith sahih hai.

11.Sheikh Albani (Rahimahullah) farmate hai:
أخرجه أبو داود وغيره بإسناد صحيح على شرط مسلم
Abu Dawud wagarah ne sahih sanad k saath jo Imam Muslim ki sharat par hai yeh rewayat bayaan kiye hai.

كان لا يحدث إلاَّ عن ثقة
Yahiya Bin Sa’ed sirf siqaat say rewayaat bayaan karte thy.

●Imam Ibne Hibban (Rahimahullah) farmate hai:
وَترك الضُّعَفَاء
Aur Aap ne daif raweyoon ko tarak kar diya tha.

2.Imam Yahiya Ibne Ma’een (Rahimahullah) farmate hai:
ثقة ليس به بأس
Aap siqa thy, Aap mein koi harij nahi hai.

●Imam Darmi (Rahimahullah) farmate hai:
قلت فَكيف حَدِيث عبد الحميد بن جَعْفَر فَقَالَ ثِقَة
Main ne kaha (Ibne Ma’een say) Abdul Hameed Bin Jafar ki hadith kaise hai toh Aap ne kaha siqa hai.

●Imam Ibne Abi Khaysamah (Rahimahullah) farmate hai:
وَسُئِلَ يحيى بن مَعِيْن مرة أخرى عن عبد الحميد بن جعفر؟ فقال: صالح.
Aur sawal kiyagaya Yahiya Bin Ma’een se aakhire martab Abdul Hameed Bin Ja’afar k bare mein? Toh Aap ne kaha: Saliha hai.

3.Imam Ali Bin Madeeni (Rahimahullah) farmate hai:
وَكَانَ عندنَا ثِقَة
Aur Aap Hamaray nazdeek siqa thy.

4.Imam Ahmad Bin Hanbal (Rahimahullah) farmate hai:
ليس به بأس ثقه
Aap mein koi harij nahi hai, Aap siqa thy.

عبد الحميد عندنَا ثِقَة ثِقَة
Abdul Hameed humaray nazdeek siqa siqa hai.

5.Imam Bukhari (Rahimahullah) k nazdeek Aap siqa thy:
●Imam Mizee (Rahimahullah) farmate hai:
استشهد بِهِ الْبُخَارِيّ في الصحيح، وروى له في كتاب”رفع اليدين في الصلاة”وغيره
Imam Bukhari ne Sahih Bukhari (Hadith no.7148) mein in say batohri shawahid rewayat liye hai, Juz Rafa-ul-Yadain wagarah kutub mein rewayat liye hai.

●Imam Muhammad Bin Tahir Al-Muqdasi (Mutwafi 807 Hijri) ne ek rawe k bare mein likha hai: Jabki Unhoon ne (Imam Bukhari) kayi jagah Is say batohri Istishhaad rewayat liye hai takii yeh wazeha ho ki wo siqa hai.

●Imam Bukhari (Rahimahullah) ne Aap ki rewayat ko sahih qarar diya hai.

Imam Bukhari (Rahimahullah) ne Tareekh-e-Kabeer (6/51, no.1676) mein Aap ko zikr kiya hai aur koi jarah nahi kiye.
6.Imam Muslim (Rahimahullah) ne Aap say rewayat liye hai.

7.Imam Abu Hatim Razi (Rahimahullah) farmate hai:
محله الصدق
Maqaam Us ka sacha hai.

8.Imam Ibne Sa’ad (Rahimahullah) farmate hai:
وَكَانَ ثِقَةً كَثِيرَ الْحَدِيثِ

9.Imam Tirmizi (Rahimahullah) Aap ki rewayat k bare mein farmate hai:
هَذَا حَدِيثٌ حَسَنٌ صَحِيحٌ.
Yeh hadith hasan sahih hai.

10.Imam Ibne Khuzaima (Rahimahullah) ne Aapki rewayaat ko Sahih Ibne Khuzaima mein zikr kiya hai.

11.Imam Ibne Hibban (Rahimahullah) ne Aap ko Kitbus Siqaat mein zikr kiya hai.

●Imam Ibne Hibban (Rahimahullah) ne Aap ki rewayaat ko Sahih Ibne Hibban mein zikr kiya hai.

●Aur farmate hai:
عبد الحميد رضى الله تعالى عَنْهُ أَحَدُ الثِّقَاتِ الْمُتْقِنِينَ قَدْ سَبَرْتَ أَخْبَارَهُ فَلَمْ أَرَهُ انْفَرَدَ بِحَدِيثٍ مُنْكَرٍ لَمْ يُشَارِكْ فِيهِ
Abdul Hameed (Bin Ja’afar) Radiallahu Anhu siqa mutqan tha, Main ne In ki ahadith ki jaanch padtaal ki hai, wo kise munkar hadith k saath munfarid nahi hai.

12.Imam Ibne Jarood (Rahimahullah) ne Al-Muntaqa mein Aap ki rewayat ko zikr kiya hai.

13.Imam Abu Yousuf Yaqoob Bin Sufiyan (Rahimahullah) farmate hai:
ثِقَةٌ وَإِنْ تَكَلَّمَ فِيهِ سُفْيَانُ فَهُوَ ثِقَةٌ حَسَنُ الْحَدِيثِ
Aap siqa ho aur agar in mein Sufiyan ne kalaam kiya hai toh Aap siqa Hasanul hadith ho.

14.Imam Ibne Shaheen (Rahimahullah) ne Aap ko Kitabus Siqaat mein zikr kiya hai.

15.Imam Nawawi (Rahimahullah) Aap ki rewayat k bare mein farmate hai:
وَرَوَاهُ أَبُو دَاوُد بِإِسْنَادٍ صَحِيحٍ عَلَى شَرْطِ مُسْلِمٍ
Aur Abu Dawud ne sahih sanad k saath jo Imam Muslim ki sharat par hai yeh rewayat bayaan kiye hai.

16.Imam Ibne Aadi (Rahimahullah) farmate hai:
لا بأس به، وَهو ممن يكتب حديثه.
Aap mein koi harij nahi hai aur Aap ki hadith likhe jaye.

17.Imam Ibne Qattan Al-Fasi (Rahimahullah) farmate hai:
وَعبد الحميد ثِقَة
Aur Abdul Hameed siqa hai.

18.Imam Zahabi (Rahimahullah) farmate hai:
الإِمَامُ، المُحَدِّثُ، الثِّقَةُ
احْتجَّ بِهِ الجَمَاعَةُ سِوَى البُخَارِيِّ، وَهُوَ حَسَنُ الحَدِيْثِ.
Aap Imam, Muhadith, Siqa thy.
Imam Bukhari k siwa ek jamaat ne Aap say atijaj kiya hai, aur Aap Hasanul Hadith hai.

●Imam Zahabi (Rahimahullah) farmate hai:
صَدُوق
Aap sachay hai.

●Imam Zahabi (Rahimahullah) ne Aap ko “Man Tukulima Feehi Wa Huwa Mowasaqu Aw Salihul Hadith” (Safa no.320, Raqam no.203) mein zikr kiya hai.
Maloom hua Abdul Hameed Imam Zahabi k nazdeekh Salihul Hadith (Hasanu Hadith) hai aur Aap par jarah mardood hai.

Imam Zahabi (Rahimahullah) ne Abdul Hameed (Rahimahullah) ko Meezanul Atidaal (2/539, Raqam no.4767) mien zikr kiya aur “ صح” ka nishaana lagaya.
Imam Zahabi (Rahimahullah) jis k saath “ صح” ki alamat lagate hai toh wo Un k nazdeek siqa hota hai, Us par jarah mardood hote hai.{Leesaanul Meezan, Jild no.2, Safa no.159, Dosra Nuskha, Jild no.2, Safa no.289}

19.Imam Hakim (Rahimahullah) Aap ki rewayat k bare mein farmate hai:
هَذَا حَدِيثٌ صَحِيحٌ عَلَى شَرْطِ الشَّيْخَيْنِ
Yeh Hadith Imam Bukhari aur Imam Muslim ki sharat par sahih hai.

20.Imam Bahaqi (Rahimahullah) Aap ka difa karte hue farmate hai:
وَمَا ذَكَرَ مِنْ ضَعْفِ عَبْدِ الْحَمِيدِ بْنِ جَعْفَرٍ فَمَرْدُودٌ عَلَيْهِ، فَإِنَّ يَحْيَى بْنَ مَعِينٍ قَدْ وَثَّقَهُ فِي جَمِيعِ الرِّوَايَاتِ عَنْهُ، وَكَذَلِكَ أَحْمَدُ بْنُ حَنْبَلٍ، وَاحْتَجَّ بِهِ مُسْلِمُ بْنُ الْحَجَّاجِ فِي الصَّحِيحِ،

قال أَبُو زُرْعَة (1) ، وأبو حاتم (2) ، والنَّسَائي: ثقة.
زاد أبو حاتم: صالح الحديث.
وَقَال عَبْد الرحمن بْن أَبي الزناد عَن أَبِيهِ: حَدَّثَنِي مُحَمَّد بن عَمْرو بن عطاء القرشي، وكان امرئ صدق.
وَقَال محمد بن سعد (1) : كانت له هيئة ومروءة، وكانوا يتحدثون بالمدينة في حياته أن الخلافة تفضي إليه لهيئته ومروءته وعقله وكماله، ولقي ابن عباس وغيره من أصحاب رَسُول اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عليه وسلم، وتوفي في خلافة الْوَلِيد بْن يَزِيد بْن عَبد المَلِك، وكان ثقة، وله أحاديث.
وَقَال ابن حبان (2) : توفي في آخر ولاية هشام بن عَبد المَلِك (3) .
روى له الجماعة.

محمد بن عمرو بن عطاء بن عباس بن علقمة القرشى العامري من بني عامر بن لؤي يكنى ابا عبد الله مات في خلافة الوليد بن يزيد روى عن ابن عباس وأبي هريرة وابى حميد الساعدي [وابى اسيد الساعدي – 1] وابى قتادة وابن الزبير روى عنه الزهري ومحمد بن عمرو بن حلحلة وموسى بن عقبة وعبد الحميد بن جعفر سمعت أبي يقول ذلك.
قال أبو محمد (2) روى عنه محمد بن إسحاق.
نا عبد الرحمن قال سألت ابى عنه فقال: ثقة صالح الحديث.
نا عبد الرحمن قال سئل أبو زرعة عنه فقال: مدينى قرشي من بني عامر بن لؤي ثقة.

Kya khayal hai agar ham bhi Haisaam Bin Adi {Kazzaab} ke Muqaabileme Muhammad Bin Umar Al Waaqadi {Kazzaab Alar Raajeh} ki rewayat pesh kardey toh jo isney Yahya Bin Abdullah Bin Abi Qatadah {Imam Ibne Hibban ne inko siqa qarar diya hai, As Siqaat, Jild no.7, Safa no.594, Imam Hakim ne in ki hadith ko sahih qarar diya hai aur Imam Zahabi ne muwafaqat kiye hai, Al Mustadarak, Jild no.1, Safa no.505, Hadith no.1305} se Naqal ki hai Sayyidina Qataadah RaziAllahu Anhu Madeene me 54 Hijri mein fauth huwe they {Tabaqaat Ibne Sa’ad, Jild no.6, Safa no.15, Is ki sanad Waaqadi tak sahih hai} maanne k liye tayaar hai.
YAAD RAHE KE HANAFIYON AUR BARELVIYO AUR BAAZ DEOBANDIYONKE NAZDEEK WAAQADI KAZZAAB NAHI HAI.

وهذا تقوم به الحجة عندنا إذا وثقنا الواقدي

و قد خطأالأئمة رواية موسى هذه ومن تابعه وقالوا: هي غلط
“ Aur Imaamo ne Musa [Bin Abdullah Bin Yazeed] ki is rivayat ko khataa qarar diya hai aur jo log is rivayat ki aitiba’a karne waale hai [Maslan Tahawi Hanafi} unhone bhi galat qarar diya hai, Imaam kahte hai ke Ye revayat galat hai.

Jumhoor Aimma kiraam ke Muqaabileme Deobandi wa Barelviyon aur baaz Hanafiyonvka is revayat ko sahih qarar dena galat hai, doosra yeh ke is revayat mein Musa mazkoor ne Sayyidina Ali RadiAllahu Anhu se Sama ki Tasreeh nahi ki aur is baat ka koi sabot nahi hai ke wo Sayyidina Ali RadiAllahu Anhu ke zamene me zindah maujood they.

Hasan Bin Usmaan naam k do (2) raweyoon ka zikr Lisanul Meezan {Jild no.2, Safa no.219-220} mein hai aur yeh dono majru hai.

In tamam rewayat [jin mein aaya hai kii Abu Qatadah (RadiAllahu Anhu) ki wafaat 38 Hijri mein hue hai] k bare Hafiz Ibne Hajar (Rahimahullah) farmate hai:
وهو شاذ والأكثر على أنه مات سنة أربع وخمسين
wo shaaz hai aur aksar ne kaha Aap ki wafaat 54 Hijri hai.

Yeh baat aqlan mahaal hai ke 38 Hijri mein fauth hone waala shakhs 50 aur 60 Hijri ke darmiyan mein fauth hone waale ki janaza mein shamil ho?, lihaaza daraj baala rivayat nas qaatae aur dalil waazah hai ke Sayyidina Abu Qataadah (RadiAllahu Anhu) 50 Hijri ke baad [Ya’ani 54 Hijri} me fauth hue, Aap Sayyidina Ali (RadiAllahu Anhu) ke zamane me fauth nahi hue. Yeh aise daleel hai jiska koi jawab kisi Hanafi wa Deobandi wa Barelviyonke paas nahi hai. WalHamdulillah.
KHULASA E TAHQEEQ :
Sayyidina Abu Qatadah (RadiAllahu Anhu) se Muhammad Bin Amro Bin Ataa ki revayat munqata nahi hai balke muttasil hai.Tawawi unke muqallidon ka yeh dawa ke Sayyidina Abu Qatadah (RaziAllahu Anhu) Sayyidina Ali (RadiAllahu Anhu) k daur mein fauth hogaye they, yeh bilkul galat aur baatil hai. Sahih aur muttasil revayat is daawe ko galat aur baatil qarar deti rahi hai.

Pass Main ne Ibne Abbas, Abu Hurayrah, Abu Sa’eed aur Abu Qataadah (RaziAllahu Anhum) ki Taraf dekha, Main ne poocha yeh kya hai ? Unhone kaha yeh Sunnat hai.

⦿ Is se bhi yehi sabit hua ke Sayyidina Ali Bin Abi Talib (RadiAllahu Anhu) ki wafaat [40 Hijri] k ba’ad, kammaz kam 44 Hijri ya is k ba’ad Sayyidina Abu Qataadah (RadiAllahu Anhu) zindah mojood thy, ke baad, lihaaza Hanafiyon wa Barelviyon aur Deobandiyon ka yeh propaganda ke Sayyidina Abu Qataadah (RadiAllahu Anhu) 40 Hijri mein ya isse pahle fauth hogaye they, Bebuniyaad hai.

⦿ Iski Sanad da’eef hai, Iska ravi Abdullah Bin Saaleha Kaatibul Layas mukhtaliff fee ravi hai. Agar Yahya Ibn Ma’een, Bukhari, Abu Zurah aur Abu Haatim [Wagairahum] maahireen issey revayat karay toh rewaya sahih hote hai, doosron ki revayat mein tawaqquf kiya jaata hai.{Dekhiye, Haadiyus Saari Muqaddimah Fatahul Baari, Safa no.414}, Tahawi ke dono ustaad Fahad aur Yahya Bin Usmaan Ahlul Hizq [Fann-e-Hadees ke Maahireen] me se nahi hai lihaaza yeh sanad Za’eef hai.

ضَعَّفَهُ الْجُمْهُورُ، وَقَالَ عَبْدُ الْمَلِكِ بْنُ شُعَيْبِ بْنِ اللَّيْثِ: ثِقَةٌ مَأْمُونٌ.
Jamhoor ne daif kaha hai aur Abdul Malik Bin Shu’ab Bin Layas ne kaha: Siqa Maamoon.

Maloom hua Abdullah Bin Saaleha jamhoor muhadithseen k nazdeek daif hai.
⦿ Doosra yeh ke Usool-e-Hadees ka ek tayy shuda maslah yeh hai ke agar ek siqa ravi apne Ustaad se Tasreeh Sama [Haddasana, Samitu wagairah] ke saath ek revayat bayan kare aur yeh hi revayat apne aur apne ustaad ke darmiyan kisi waastey se bayan kare toh dono revayaten mahfooz hoteh hai lekin aitbaar ussi revayat ka hota hai jis mein usne apne ustaad se tasreeh samaa kar rakhi hote hai.

⦿ Maslan Sahih Bukhari ki ek revayat “مجاهد عن ابن عباس” ki sanad hai. {Bukhari, Hadith no.216}
⦿ Jabke Doosri revayat mein “مجاهد عن طاوس عن ابن عباس” aaya hai.
Saheeh Bukhari ki yeh dono revayaten saheeh hai, Inhe Muztarabb qarar dena galat
hai.

Agar do sanaden is tarah se ho kii:

Faraz karen ki pahli sanad mein samaa ki tasareeh nahi hai aur doosri sanad me rajlun (ek admi) majhool hai toh beshak aisi revayat Za’eef hojaati hai, lekin hamare bayan qardah revayat mein samaa ki sarahat bhi hai lihaaza wo “An Rajlun” waali sanad se za’eef nahi hote balke yeh basharat-e-sahatt iske taaidde revayat ban jaati hai.
Haafiz Ibne Hibbaan ke nazdeek yeh revayat Muhammad Bin Amro ne Sayyidina Abu Humaad As-Sadi (RadiAllahu Anhu) se bhi suni hai aur Abbaas Bin Sahal se bhi suni hai. {Sahih Ibne Hibban, Jild no.5, Safa no.182, Hadith no.186}
⦿ Faizul Baari ke Haashay par likha hua hai ke:
لابأس بضعف الرواية فإنها تكفي التعيين احد المحتملات
Yaani Za’eef hadees ke saath do Mohtamal Ma’anu mein se ek ma’ana ka ta’ayun karlene mein koi harj nahi hai, Yaad rahay ke Ibne Hibbaan wa Abu Dawud waali is Za’eef rivayat jis mein Abbaas Bin Sahal ka zikr mojood hai, ko Namwi Hanafi ne “ “Isnaadu Saheeh” likha hua hai.{Asaarus Sunan, Hadith no.449}
Muhadithseen ne is rewayat ko Sahih kaha hai:
⦿Daragzail Muhadithseen ne hamari is rewayat ko sahih qarar diya hai:
[1]Imam Muhammad Bin Yahiya Zuhali
[2]Imam Bukhari (Rahimahullah).
[3]Imam Tirmizi (Rahimahullah).
[4]Imam Ibne Khuzaima (Rahimahullah).
[5]Imam Ibne Hibban (Rahimahullah).
[6]Imam Ibne Jarood (Rahimahullah).
[7]Imam Nawawi (Rahimahullah).
[8]Sheikhul Islam Ibne Taimeya (Rahimahullah).
[9]Imam Ibnul Qayim (Rahimahullah).
[10]Imam Khatabi (Rahimahullah).
[11]Sheikh Albani (Rahimahullah).
Maloom hua Muhadithseen k nazdeek yeh rewayat sahih hai, is mein koi iztiraab nahi hai.
TAHQEEQ KA KHULASA:
Abdul Hameed Bin Ja’afar ki bayaan qardah yeh rewayat sahih wa mahfooz hai is par iztiraab ki jarah batil wa mardood hai.
CHAND AHEM NAKAAT WA FAWAAED :
1) Imam Abu Hatim Razi (Rahimahullah) ne “ Muhammad Bin Umaro Bin Ataa An Abi Humaid As-Sadi” ki hadith ko “والحديثُ أصلهُ صحيحٌ ” kah kar “فصارَ الحديثُهُ مُرسَلً ” ya’ani mursal qarar diya hai. {Al-Illalul Hadith , Jild no.2, Safa no.390, Raqam no.461}
Chookii Muhammad Bin Umaro Bin Ata (Siqa) ne Sayyidina Abu Humaid (RadiAllahu Anhu) se sama ki tasareh kar diye hai lihaza Imam Abu Hatim ka is rewayat ko mursal qarar dena galat hai.
2) Sayyidina Abu As-Sa’eed Maalik Bin Rabiah (RadiAllahu Anhu) ki tareekh-e- wafaat mein sakhat ikhtilaaf hai, ba’az kahte hai ke : 30 Hijri, ba’az kahte hai: 60 Hijri ya 70 Hijri ya 80 Hijri ya 40 Hijri. {Dekhiye : Taqreeb At Tahzeeb:6436, Al-Isabah Li Ibne Hajar, Safa no.1155-1156}.
Lihaaza Baaz AnNaas ka bil jazam aapki wafaat 30 Hijri qarar dena galat hai.
Tabqatur Raabe’ah (Choda [4th] tabqah) ke ravi Abu Zubair Muhammad Bin Muslim Bin Tadrees Al-Makki ne kaha : “سَمِعْتُ أَبَا أُسَيْدٍ السَّاعَدِيَّ، وَابْنَ عَبَّاسٍ”.
{Al Majmua Al Kabeer Li Tabarani, Jild no.19, Safa no.268, Hadith no.595, Wa Sanadahu Hasan, Wa Qala Al Haisami Fee Majmua Zawaid, Jild no.4, Safa no.114, Hadith no.6558: Wa Sanadahu Hasan}
Jab Tabqatur Raabe’ah (Choda [4th] tabqah) walay taba’ee ka samaa Sayyidina Abu Sa’eed (RadiAllahu Anhu) se saheeh saabit hai toh Tabqatus Saalesah (Teesray [3rd] tabqah) walay taba’ee (Muhammad Bin Umaro Bin Ata) ka kyun namumkin hai?
Issey bhi “Al Alaamatul Hafizus Saadiq” Ali Bin Muhammad Al Madaani ke is qaul ki taeed hote hai kii Sayyidina Abu Saeed (RadiAllahu Anhu) 60 Hijri me fauth hue, Haafiz Zahabi (Rahmatullah Alai) ka is qaul ko “Wa haazal ba’eed” kahna {Siyaar Alamul Nabula, Jild no.2, Safa no.538} bazaat-e-khud ba’eed aur Muhalle nazar hai.
3) Hazrat Muhammad Bin Musalamah (RadiAllahu Anhu) in das (10) mein shamil thy.

Sayyidina Muhammad Bin Musalamah (RadiAllahu Anhu) ke tareekh-e-wafaat mein bhi ikhtilaaf hai. Ba’az ne 43 Hijri aur ba’az ne 46 Hijri aur 47 Hijri kaha hai.{Dekhiye Tahzeebul Kamaal, Jild no.17, safa no.240}, Aapki saheeh tareekh-e-wafaat na maloom hai.
Yeh kahna ke Sayyidina Muhammad Bin Musalamah (RadiAllahu Anhu) 40 Hijri mein foaat hogaye thy, dawaa bila daleel hai.
Isi tarah ba’az An naas ka ye kahna ke Sayyidina Muhammad Bin Musalamah (RadiAllahu Anhu) 40 Hijri se pahle Rohpoosh hogaee thy galat hai.
4) Imaam Lais Bin Saeed, Imaam Sa’eed Bin Afeer, Imaam Yahiya Bin Ma’een aur Imaam Tirmizi wagairahum ne kaha hai ke Sayyidina Abu Qataadah (RadiAllahu Anhu) 54 Hijri mein foat hue, fauth huwe. In Aimma ki tardeed karte hue ek gustaakh shakhz likhta hai ke: “Yeh Sab Mushrik w kaari Shaitaani karne waaley thy”
Iska yehi jawaab hai kii “Lanatullahi Allal zaalimeen” ummat-e-muslimah ke jaleelul qadar siqah Imaamon ko “Mushrik” aur “Kaari shaitaan karne walay” kahne waala Shakhz gustaakh aur gumrah hai.
5) Ba’az auqaat aisa hota hai ke ravi ek rivayat bayan karta hai, is ke ba’az shagird isey mukammal aur baaz shagird mukhtasar bayan karte hai, Maslan Saheeh
Bukhari mein Ayaan hai kii Nabi ﷺ ne farmaya:
إِذَا قُمْتَ إِلَى الصَّلاَةِ فَكَبِّرْ……
Jab tu nimaaz k liye khada ho toh takbeer kah……
{Kitabul Azaan, Baabu Wojoobil Qiraa’ati Lil Imaami…, Hadith no.757}
Is mein qibla rukh hone ka koi zikr nahi hai halaanke qilba rukh hona namaz ka
rukun aur farz hai, wuzu ka bhi koi zikr nahi hai.
Is hadith ki doosri sanad mein aaya hai kii Aap ﷺ ne farmaya :
إِذَا قُمْتَ إِلَى الصَّلاَةِ فَأَسْبِغِ الوُضُوءَ، ثُمَّ اسْتَقْبِلِ القِبْلَةَ فَكَبِّرْ……
Jab tum namaz ke liye khade ho toh poora wuzu karo, phir qibla rukh hoja, pas takbeer kah……
{Sahih Bukhari, Kitabul Istiezaan, Baabu Man Radda Faqaala Alaykas Salaam, Hadith no.6251}
Ab agar koi munkir-e-hadith yeh Shorr machaana shuru karde kii pahli hadith mein istiqbaali qibla aur wuzu ka zikr nahi hai, toh is gumrah wa bewaqoof ka shorr baatil wa mardood hai, Usey samjaya jaaega ki ek sahih rivayat mein zikr ho aur doosri sahih mein zikr na ho toh adam-e-zikr nafe zikr ki daleel nahi hoti, ahadees ki tamaam sanadey aur Matoon jama kar kii mushtarka mafhoom par amal karna chahiye.
Anwar Shah Kashmiri Deobandi kahte hai kii:
واعلم أنَّ الحديث لم يُجْمع إلا قطعةً قطعة، فتكون قطعةٌ منه عند واحد، وقطعة أخرى عند واحد، فليجمع طُرْفة، وليعمل بالقَدْر المشترك، ولا يجعل كلُّ قطعة منه حديثًا مستقِلا
Mafhoom: Aur jaan loo kii ahadees ko tukdoon ki sorat mein jama’a kiya gaya hai,
pas ek tukda ek ravi ke paas hota hai aur doosra doosrey ke paas, lehaaza chahiye ke ahadees ki tamam sanadey (aur matoon) jama’a kar ke haasi majmua par amal kiya jaaye aur har tukre ko mustaqil hadees banaya jaaye. “

Ahmad Raza Khan Barelvi likhte hai kii:
“Sad’haa misaalen iski paayega kii ek hi hadees ko Rowaat bilma’ana kis kis matnu taur se rivayat kartey hai, koi poori, koi ek tukda, koi doosra tukda, koi kis tarha, koi kis tara, jama’a turuk se poori baat ka pata chalta hai”.
{Fatawa Razawiyya, Jild no.5, Safa no.301, Nuskhaa Jadeed, Jild no.5, Safa no.302}
Lihaaza jo log shorr machaate hai kii Sahih Bukhari mein Sayyidina Abu Humaid As Saadi (RadiAllahu Anhu) wali hadith mein ruku se pahle aur baad waali Rafa ul Yadain nahi hai, Inka shorr galat aur mardood hai.
Tahqeeq Ka Khullasa:
Is Mazmoon ki saari tahqeeq ka khullasa yeh hai kii Abdul Hameed Bin Ja’afar (siqah) ki Muhammad Bin Amro Bin Ata Al Madeeni (siqah) se Sayyidina Abu Humaid As Saadi Al Madani (RadiAllahu Anhu) ki bayan kardah hadith bilkul saheeh hai jis mein aaya hai ke Nabi ﷺ shuru namaz, ruku se pahle aur ruku ke baad rafa ul yadain kartey thy….
Yeh Rivayat bilkul baygubaar hai, is mein koi iztiraad nahi, jumhoor Muhaddiseen ne isey saheeh qarar diya hai, Sahaba kiraam (RadiAllahu Anhum) ki jamaat ka is hadees ki tasdeeq karna, is ki Wazeha daleel hai kii Nabi Kareem ﷺ Sayyidina Muhammad Mustafa ﷺ wafaat tak Rafa ul Yadain karte thy.
وَمَا عَلَيْنَا إِلَّا الْبَلَاغُ الْمُبِينُ
Tafseel k liye Muhadithul Asar Sheikh Zubair Ali Zai (Rahimahullah) ki kitab “Noorul Ainain” {Safa no.247-273} ki taraf roju karo.
