Maa baap ki itaa’at aur farma bardari karna to be shak imaan ka ek hissa hai lekin dosto hame deen ke maamle me sirf quran aur hadees se daleel leni chahiye na ke baap dada ke tareeqo se, agar apke baap dada jo tareeqe par the ya hain wo quran hadees ke mutabiq hai to koi baat nahi lekin agar iske bar khilaaf hue to inke tareeqo par amal nahi karna chahiye. Jo kehte hain ke hamare imaam nahi karte the isiliye hum bhi nahi karte aur yu ye log chaar imaamo me se kisi ek imaam ke muqallid (follower) hone ka nizam (rule) batatey hain.

Jawab: is baat ka jawab dene se pehle main ek sawal karna chahunga unlogo se jo in chaar imaamo me se kisi ek imaam ko maan ne ka dastoor batatey hain.

Sawal : Kya chaar imaamo me se kisi ek ki pairwi karna sahi hai ?
Ya mere aur apke imaam, imaam ul ambiya Muhammad Sallallahu Alai Wasallam ki itaa’at karna sahi hai ?
Main nahi samajhta hoo ke koi bhi saheb e aqal saqs yahan in chaar imaamo me se kisi ek ka bhi naam lega, khair main apne jawab dene par aata hoon.

Rafa al yadein ka inkaar karne walo me 4 qism ke log maujood hai jinke manghadat aqhwaal jawaab ke saat darj zael hain.

1) Pehle qism ke log :

Jo kekhte hain ke rafa al yadein pehle karna jaiz tha par ab nahi, wo iski wajeh ye batate hai ke nabi kareem Sallallalhu Alai Wasallam ke zamane me kuch log bagal me buth (statue) rakkar namaz padhte thay isi wajeh se ye hukum hua tha, lehaza ab ye hukum mansooq ho chuka hai.

2) Dusre qism ke log:

RAISING HANDS (Rafa Yadain) WITH EVERY TAKBEER IN A FUNERAL PRAYER..

Raising hands with every takbeer in a funeral prayer is the Sunnah of The Prophet (Peace be Upon Him).

PROOF # 1:

قال أحمد بن محمد بن الجراح ، وابن مخلد ، قالا : حدثنا عمر بن شبة ، قال : حَدَّثَنا يزيد بن هارون ، قال : أخبرنا يحيى بن سعيد ، عن نافع ، عن ابن عُمَر : أن النبي صَلَّى الله عَلَيه وسَلم كان إذا صلى على جنازة رفع يديه في كل تكبيرة ، وإذا انصرف سلم.

Abudullah Bin Umer (May Allah Be Pleased With Him) states that The Prophet (Peace Be Upon Him) would raise his hand with every takbeer and when He (Peace be upon him) would turn/rove, He (Peace Be Upon Him) would say tasleem.

Abdullah Ibn Abbas (radiallahu anhu) Say Mansoob Tafseer Aur Tark-Rafa-ul-Yadain:

Allah Talah Quran Pak main farmata hai kii: “Aur jo log apne nimazu main khoshoo ikhtiyaar karte hai”.{Mumenoon, Aayat no.2}

Baaz log kahte hai kii is aayat kareema ki tasharee main Abdullah Ibn Abbas(radiallahu anhu) farmate hai:“Aur nimaz main apne haath nahi uthate hai”.{Tafseer Ibn Abbas:212}

Baaz log darij bala ibarat ka darij zail tarjama karte hai: “Jo nimazu k andar rafa-ul-yadain nahi karte”.{Majmuaa Resala Okadwi, 1/182, Tahqeeqi Masla Rafa-ul-Yadain:6}

Jawab:

Matn: Abdullah Ibn Masood (radiallahu anhu) ne farmaya:”Kya main tumhe Rasoolullah (Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam) ki nimaz na padhau? pas Aap ne nimaz padi aur sirf pahli martaba haath uthaye”.

Tahqeeq:

Ye sanad aur matn k lehaz say da’if hain.
